It also informs employees of knowledge institutions about re-engineering , on the move towards adoption of modern management methods , and change the working procedures of the institutions of knowledge for the better, It is based on the descriptive approach , as it is best suited to identify : concepts and frameworks of knowledge of the method of re-engineering , types of administrative re-engineering required by the knowledge institutions , and to clarify the importance of the application of the approach of re-engineering of knowledge institutions , the consequences of its application , and to find ways to meet the challenges that may impede this application in knowledge institutions , The most important results of the study are : The introduction of administrative reengineering allows for radical improvements , not limited to partial modifications of all components of the knowledge institution .
