المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى: الكشف عن المشكلات الإدارية والأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك، والتحقق من وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمشكلات الإدارية والأكاديمية، والتحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول المشكلات الإدارية والأكاديمية التي يواجهها طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك تعزى للمتغيرات الآتية: (الجنس، والتخصص، والمستوى الدراسي). منهج الدراسة وأداتها: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بمدخله المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة. مجتمع الدراسة وعينته: اشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك في برامج الماجستير بنظاميه الاعتيادي والموازي للعام الجامعي (1436-1437 ه) للمستويين الثاني، والرابع البالغ عددهم (470) طالباً وطالبة، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على طلبة المستوى الثاني والرابع البالغ عددهم (332) طالباً وطالبة، تمثل ما نسبته (70.5%) من إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تبين أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون على المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام على موافقتهم (3.80 من 5.00)، كما تبين أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون على المشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام على موافقتهم (4.11 من 5.00). - اتضح أن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متغيري المشكلات الإدارية. والأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك؛ حيث تبين أن قيمة معامل الارتباط (بيرسون) دالة، مما يدل على قوة الارتباط الإيجابي بين المشكلات الإدارية، والأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك. - تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك، وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لهذه المشكلات، باختلاف متغير الجنس، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المشكلات الإدارية لصالح البنات. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول (المشكلات الإدارية والمشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة تبوك)، وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لهذه المشكلات، باختلاف متغير التخصص لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة من ذوي التخصص التربوي (إدارة وتخطيط تربوي-مناهج وطرق تدريس-أصول تربية-قياس وتقويم). في حين تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المشكلات الإدارية والأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة تبوك، وكذلك الدرجة لهذه المشكلات، باختلاف متغير المستوى الدراسي. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - ضرورة تحفيز طلبة الدراسات العليا المتميزين علمياً.

The study aimed to: detect of administrative and academic problems facing post graduate students at Tabuk University to verify the existence of correlation between the study sample responses to the administrative and academic problems, and verify the existence of statistically significant differences between respondents responses to the nature and quality of administrative and academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University due to the following variables: (Gender, Specialization, and academic level). The methodology and tool of the study: The descriptive method has been used with its survey input and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Population and sample of the study: the study population included all post graduate students at Tabuk University hat attending masters programs with both normal and parallel systems at the academic year (1436- 1437 H), in the second and the fourth levels, totaling (470), the study sample included (332) male and female students for the second and the fourth levels, representing (70.5%) of the total study population. Results of The study: - The study sample arc agree on the administrative problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University with degree of (OK), the average was (3.80 out of 5.00). The study sample agree on academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University, with degree of (OK), the average was (4.11 out of 5.00). - There is a direct correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the two variables of administrative and academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University, the value of (Pearson) correlation coefficient was a function, that shows the positive correlation between the strength of administrative and academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University. - There are no statistically significant differences between the study sample responses about academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University, and so the degree of these problems due to the variable of gender. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of Study sample responses about the (administrative problems) according to flic gender , in favor of females. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of study sample responses about the (administrative and academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University), and so the total score for these problems due to the variable of specialization in favor of the study sample who specialized in education (Administration and Educational Planning- Curriculum and Instruction- Education Foundation- Measurement and Evaluation). There are no statistically significant differences between the study sample responses about the administrative and academic problems faced by post graduate students at Tabuk University and so the degree of these problems due to the variable of the academic level. Recommendations of the study: ■ The necessity to stimulate outstanding post graduate students.
