المستخلص: هدف البحث معرفة طبيعة الإشراف العلمي على الرسائل الجامعية التربوية، ودور الأستاذ فيه ومهارات إعداد وكتابة هذه الرسائل، وأهم معايير جودة الإشراف عليها وعرض تصوراً مقترحاً لدعم جودة هذا الإشراف، واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي وتوصل إلى توضيح طبيعة الإشراف العلمي على هذه الرسائل، وعناصره وأهدافه وأهميته، وكفاياته، وتوضيح أدوار المشرف ومسئولياته ومؤشرات فعالية الإشراف من مواصفات وخصائص وعرض المعوقات التي تعوق المشرف عن القيام بأدواره، وانتقادات نظام الإشراف الفردي والجامعي، ثم عرض أهم مهارات إعداد وكتابة الرسائل التربوية منها ما يتعلق بالطالب/ الباحث، واضطراب قيم وأخلاقيات البحث العلمي لديه، كما وضح مؤشرات فعالية السيمنار، ومعايير ومؤشرات جودة هذا الإشراف منها لإنساني والعلمي والتنظيمي والأخلاقي، ثم عرض التصور المقترح لدعم الإشراف على هذه الرسائل موضحاً أهدافه وأبعاده وأسسه، وعرض توصيات لكل بعد في هذا التصور.

The aim of this research is to know the nature of the scientific supervision of the university educational theses, the role of the professor in it and the skills of preparing and writing these theses, the most important criteria of the quality of supervision and presenting a proposed concept to support the quality of this supervision. It was based on the descriptive approach and reached to clarify the nature of scientific supervision of these theses, and its elements, objectives, importance, and competencies, and explain the roles and responsibilities of the supervisor and the effectiveness indicators of supervision of the specifications, characteristics and presentation of obstacles that hinder the supervisor from carrying out his functions, and criticism of the system of individual and university supervision. It then presented the essential skills of preparing and writing educational theses, including those related to the student/researcher, and the disturbance of the values and ethics of scientific research. It also explained the indicators of the effectiveness of the seminar and the standards and signs of the quality of this supervision, such as that related to human, science, organisation and ethics. After that, it presented the proposed vision to support the supervision of these theses, explaining its objectives, dimensions and foundations, and giving recommendations for each aspect in this vision.
