|a تهدف الدراسة إلى استقصاء متطلبات تميز أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة دمياط في ضوء مؤشرات تميز أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بعض التصنيفات العالمية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة دمياط، وقد تكونت العينة من (52) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وهي عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة دمياط، حيث مثلت جامعة دمياط بكليات (العلوم والتربية والتربية النوعية)، وطبق على أفراد العينة استبانة عن متطلبات تميز أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة دمياط سواء من قبل إدارة الجامعة، أو من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس أنفسهم، ومعوقات تحقيق ذلك في ضوء مؤشرات تميز أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بعض التصنيفات العالمية، تم إعدادها لغرض البحث.\nوتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس أكثر إيجابية نحو استخدام عشرين متطلب من متطلبات تميز أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء مؤشرات بعض التصنيفات العالمية (تصنيف شنغهاي،....) تمثل ثلاث محاور رئيسة هي: الكتب والأبحاث العلمية، المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل، التقييم والتحفيز، حيث أوضحت عينة الدراسة أن م أهم متطلبات تميز أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي ونشره بالمجلات ذات السمعة العالمية. والاهتمام بنوعية الأبحاث التي يقوم بتحكيمها داخل أو خارج الجامعة وكذلك نوعية الأبحاث التي يشرف عليها ويمنحها، كما يحتاج التميز إلى الاهتمام بنوعية الأبحاث حتى يتسنى الاستشهاد بها دولياً. وغير ذلك من المؤشرات من خلال وجود صفحة مفعلة لعض هيئة تدريس على Research gate وعلى Google Scholar مع الاهتمام بحفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

|f The study aims to investigate the requirements of faculty members at Damietta University in light of the indicators of excellence of faculty members in some international classifications from the point of view of faculty members at Damietta University. The sample consisted of (52) faculty members, a random sample of faculty members at Damietta University where it represented Damietta University in the faculties of Science, Education and Specific Education. A questionnaire was applied to the sample members about the requirements of distinguishing the performance of the faculty members at Damietta University, whether by the university administration, or by the faculty members themselves, and the obstacles to achieving this in light of the indicators of excellence of the faculty members in some international classifications, prepared for the purpose of research.\nThe results of the study found that the views of faculty members are more positive towards the use of twenty requirements of the excellence of faculty members in the light of the indicators of some international classifications (Shanghai classification) representing three main areas which are: Books and scientific research, conferences, seminars and workshops, assessment and motivation. The study sample showed that the most important requirements characterizing the performance of faculty members are interested in scientific research and publishing it in journals with an international reputation and attention to the quality of the research that he or she adjudicated inside or outside the university, as well as the quality of the research that he supervises and grants. Excellence also needs attention to the quality of research so that it can be cited internationally and other indicators by having an active page by some faculty members on Research gate and on Google Scholar with interest in preserving intellectual property rights.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
