This study aims to reach a strategic approach to promoting social responsibility at the level of the individual and of society towards sustainable development issues. The study Belongs to the faction analytic studies. A quantitative approach was adopted by social survey method which was applied on a simple random sample of beneficiaries (80); and an intended sample from social development committees for revival centers (red, A1 mazroaia, A1 Rayan, A1 faisaliah), (33). Data collection tools have varied according to the study: as a desktop search to examine the regulations governing committees and neighborhood centers in Saudi Arabia-observation; questionnaire, the scale of the social responsibility. The study results revealed a rise in the performance of the committees activities and preventive programs and- advisory’ services concerning -the role and responsibility of enlightenment where overall arithmetic mean so 49.70%. As the results of the study that the religious and moral responsibility concern among the members of the committees, where the focus is on programs and activities that contribute to the consolidation of the religious values and concepts in the minds of individuals by 78.79% top represented. And the weakening of the role of media in promoting a culture of social responsibility by 60.61% The results also showed existence of economic difficulties facing the committees, notably the difficulty of obtaining land for the headquarters building and had reached pro rate 68.8%, lack of tools and facilities necessary for the exercise of activities and program implementation by 62.5%. And insufficient resources and capabilities required to meet all developmental services by Pro-63.8% Add to social difficulties of inadequate curriculum in highlighting the importance of developmental social work by 67.5%. The study recommended. The need to utilize the abilities and talents of young People, and Promote cultural development through community initiatives and partnerships. And strengthen national and' community cohesion "caravans”, and expand the role of the private sector in participating in service projects to satisfy and meet the basic requirements of society. As the study has reached in the light of the theoretical and practical data to schematic proposal-to promote social responsibility among community members about sustainable development issues.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوصول لمقاربة استراتيجية لتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية على صعيد الفرد والمجتمع تجاه قضايا التنمية المستدامة. تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى زمرة الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكمي بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المستفيدين بلغت (80) مفردة؛ وعلى عينة قصدية من أعضاء لجان التنمية الاجتماعية لمراكز أحياء (الحمراء، المزروعية، الريان، الفيصلية)، بلغت (33) مفردة. وقد تنوعت أدوات جمع البيانات حسب مقتضى الدراسة: كالبحث المكتبي لدراسة اللوائح التنفيذية المنظمة للجان ومراكز الأحياء في المملكة الملاحظة؛ الاستبيان، مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن ارتفاع في نسبة أداء اللجان في الأنشطة والبرامج الوقائية والخدمات الاستشارية التي تتعلق بدورها ومسؤوليتها التوعوية حيث بلغ مجمل المتوسط الحسابي المؤيدين لذلك 49.70%. كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة بأن المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية تحظى باهتمام بالغ لدى أعضاء اللجان، حيث يتم التركيز على البرامج والأنشطة التي تسهم في ترسيخ القيم والمفاهيم الدينية السليمة في عقول الأفراد بنسبة مثلت الأعلى 78.79%. وضعف دور الإعلام في نشر ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بنسبة 60.61%. وأوضحت النتائج وجود صعوبات اقتصادية تواجه عمل اللجان أهمها صعوبة الحصول على أراضي لبناء مقرات لهذه اللجان وقد بلغت نسبة المؤيدين 68.8%، عدم توفر الأدوات والمنشآت اللازمة لممارسة الأنشطة وتنفيذ البرامج بنسبة 62.5%. وقصور الموارد والإمكانيات اللازمة للوفاء بجميع الخدمات التنموية بنسبة مؤيدة 63.8%. إضافة إلى الصعوبات الاجتماعية المتمثلة في قصور المناهج الدراسية في إبراز أهمية العمل الاجتماعي التنموي بنسبة 67.5%. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من قدرات ومواهب الشباب، وتعزيز التنمية الثقافية من خلال مبادرات وشراكات مجتمعية. وتعزيز التلاحم الوطني والمجتمعي بما يعرف بـ "القوافل الثقافية"، وتوسيع دور القطاع الخاص في المشاركة في المشروعات الخدمية لإشباع ومواجهة المتطلبات الأساسية للمجتمع. كما توصلت الدراسة في ضوء المعطيات النظرية والعملية إلى مقترح تخطيطي لتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد المجتمع المحلي تجاه قضايا التنمية المستدامة.
