The rise of Abe Ahmed on Ethiopia's executive head as the first Urmo prime minister in an atmosphere filled with unjustified optimism is the central theme of a study entitled: The Implications of the Ethiopian Home for Regional Outside / Contradictory Possibilities. Its main question is: Hlhow far could Abe Ahmad's rise to power lead to a fundamental change in Ethiopia's internal situation? This study examines the characteristics of the current crisis in Ethiopia, which is complicated by the increased gap between its political and economic fronts. On the political front, power is characterized by a real stalemate and the domination of ethnic minorities on the political scene, on the economic front, a shift in Ethiopia's economy from a poor country to noticeable economic growth and how that gap caused conflicts between ethnic minorities. It also examines Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front and its composition, which includes four different ethnic and religious parties, and how the coalition is under the control of the Tigrinya minority - a rebel group that overthrew the communist regime in 1991. Furthermore, this study looks at the four wings of the coalition: Oromo People’s Democratic Organization, Amhara National Democratic Movement, Southern Ethiopia People’s Democratic Movement, Tigray People's Liberation Front. Additionally, it focuses on Abe Ahmed, his political work and the positions he occupied, starting from his involvement in the armed forces in the nineties of the last century against the system of Mengistu Haile Miriam until his rise to the top of Ethiopian authority in April this year as prime minister. As well as well the rise of power to address his political and economic vision and the position of the State of Ethiopia from the index of vulnerability, Likewise it looks at Ethiopia and the crises it is facing, whether in Africa or even in relation to the Arabian Gulf, its foreign policy, complexities and its transformation.
