|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهم الشروط والضوابط المتعلقة بإنشاء السوق المالية الإسلامية وذلك من خلال التعريف بهذه الشروط وبيان ماهيتها.\nوتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن إقامة سوق مالية إسلامية تتسم بالمصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية يتطلب تحقق مجموعة متكاملة من الشروط الشرعية والفنية والقانونية كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة إقامة دراسات متخصصة لهذه الشروط نظرا لأهميتها.

|f This research aims to highlight the most important conditions and regulations related to the establishment of the Islamic financial market by introducing these conditions and explaining what they are.\nThe study concluded that the establishment of an Islamic financial market characterized by legitimacy and economic efficiency requires the achievement of a complete set of legal, technical and legal conditions.
