تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تقصي معاير جودة كفايات المعلمة في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة كاستراتيجية لاكتشاف ورعاية الموهوبين، انطلقت أهمية هذه الدراسة في ظل التغيرات التي تواجه الطفولة المبكرة في الوقت الحالي لتعزيز وتوجيه القيم والسلوكيات الإيجابية لتنمية الموهبة لدى الطفل من مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي مستخدمة استبانة لجمع المعلومات وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 28 معلمة في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة بمحلية بحري تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية، باستخدام معامل "ألفا كرونباخ" (Cronbach Alpha) جاءت قيمة معامل الثبات (0.96)، وتشير هذه القيم العالية إلى صلاحية الاستبانة للتطبيق بينما بلغت معاملات ارتباط بيرسون (0.96)، كما تم حساب صدق الاستبانة بصدق المحكمين تم عرض الاستبانة على خبراء في علم النفس والمناهج وأصول التربية وبعد إجراء التعديلات المقترحة بما اتفقوا عليه بنسبة أكثر من 80%، استخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) تم تحليل الاستجابات للأفراد العينة من خلال الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية كما تم استخدام (اختبار ت)، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى معايير جودة كفايات المعلمة في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة لاكتشاف ورعاية الموهوبين، التأكيد على معاير أهمها: توطين القياس النفسي لقدرات الأطفال العقلية بمقاييس علمية مقننة ومعدلة على البيئة السودانية بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمؤهل الأكاديمي، والتدريب التربوي المتخصص للمعلمة. خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة وجود برامج علمية متخصصة للأشراف التربوي في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة لاكتشاف ورعاية الموهبة، اشراك المتخصصين في التخطيط والقياس والإشراف على آلية تنفيذ برامج رعاية الموهوبين في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة.
This paper aims to explore the quality of efficiencies for teachers in pre-school for discovering talented .me importance of this study in light of the changes facing the early childhood at the moment to promote and guide values and positive behavior to develop the talent of the child in the pre-school, the researcher using the descriptive approach used a questionnaire to collect information and study sample consisted of randomly sample the 28 teachers in pre-school, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and to measure the sincerity of arbitrators TEMPhas been questionnaire to experts in psychology and curriculum, after a proposed what they had agreed upon amendments by more TEMPthan 80%, the researcher used the Statistical Package for social Sciences (SPSS) program, using alpha coefficient (Cronbach Alpha), Pearson correlation coefficients (0.96), the responses of individuals sample analysis during the statistical methods the following: the arithmetic means, and standard deviations were also used (T- test), study results to the high level of standards the quality of the efficiencies parameter in pre-school through mastering learning strategy for discovering and nurturing talented, emphasis on standards including: localization of psychological measurement capabilities of children mental scientific standards codified and amended on Sudan's environment as well as to the existence of a statistically significant due to qualified academic, training and education specialist for the teachers differences, also the results of the study qualification colleges in Sudan, in the child's education and rooting cultural heritage to promote the values and concepts in directing the child's abilities towards innovation and discovery, and mastery learning strategy. The study came up with a number of recommendations, including the need for a specialized scientific programs Educational Supervision in the pre-school for discovering and nurturing talent, the involvement of specialists in the planning, measurement and supervision of the implementation mechanism of the Gifted programs in pre-school
