|b The Arab world enjoys all the political, economic and cultural strengths. However, the Arab countries live in difficult and harsh situations of failure in the light of international approaches. This has led to a widening gap between these countries and the countries of the world. Consequently, the quality of life of the population has deteriorated to Arab countries, and at all levels of livelihood: political, economic, social, security, educational, cultural and environmental, for several reasons, including: its fragmentation into multiple countries, its scientific and technological backwardness, Economic, public and cultural major states greedy in its bounty, and this is the basic problem of this study which aimed to analyze the difficult reality of Arab countries, and the acceleration of the failure case of these countries in the light of international approaches, using the analysis and comparison Approaches.. The importance of this study is that it came to analyze the bitter Arab reality, to present the elements of the Arab civilization power, and to highlight the methodology that the Arab countries can follow to get rid of the corruption that has spread among its population. The study included recommendations that would contribute to restoring the cultural role, and Improving Quality of life for all peoples of the Arab region

|a يتمتع الوطن العربي بكل مقومات القوة السياسية والاقتصادية و الحضارية، ومع ذلك تعيش أقطار الوطن العربي في حالات صعبة وقاسية من الفشل في ضوء المقاربات الدولية، الأمر الذي ترتب عنه اتساع الفجوة بين هذه الأقطار وبين دول العالم، الأمر الذي ترتب عنه بالتالي تردي نوعية الحياة لدى سكان الدول العربية، وعلى كافة مستويات سبل العيش؛ السياسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والأمنية، والتربوية، والثقافية، والبيئية، وذلك لأسباب عديدة أبرزها؛ تجزئته إلى أقطار متعددة، وتخلفه العلمي والتكنولوجي، وما ترتب عن ذلك من تبعية اقتصادية، وثقافية عامة للدول الكبرى الطامعة في خيراته، وهذه هي مشكلة الدراسة الأساسية التي تهدف إلى تحليل الواقع الصعب الذي تعيشه أقطار الوطن العربي، وتسارع حالة الفشل التي تعيشها هذه الأقطار في ضوء المقاربات الدولية، باستخدام منهجي التحليل والمقارنة. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها جاءت لتحليل الواقع العربي المرير، وعرض عناصر القوة الحضارية العربية، وإبراز المنهجية التي يمكن للدول العربية أن تتبعها للتخلص من حالة الفساد التي استشرت بين سكانها، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على توصيات من شأنها أن تساهم في إعادة الدور الحضاري، وتحسين نوعية الحياة لكل شعوب المنطقة العربية.
