المستخلص: The study aims to study the current situation of archiving the curriculum vitae (CV) of lecturers in the Faculty of Arts, assess the criteria used in developing a standardized format for the CV as well as identifying suitable storage and archival system over the Internet with assessing the possibility of having these accessible over the Internet. This is taking into consideration the way the Internet works as a storage and dissemination platform. The study used the experimental method. The sample was intentional, included faculty members who hold the academic title (Professor –Assistant Professor) consisting of (147) members, and the search methods was the questionnaire, the interview and the observation in data collection. The study shows the following results, namely: - 1- The study has revealed the disregard of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the dissemination of a (unified) standard form of C.V. for the faculty members of the Iraqi universities and an archival system to make them available online according to a particular criterion with real desire of lecturers to generalizing a unified sample of C.V. with their names in the college. This was found in 55.4% of the sample. 2- The study has helped in activating the action to upload C.V. of lecturers online. The Deanship of the Faculty of Arts offered this proposal to the scientific departments to make it available online, through the site of Ibn Sina, but the proposal is still limited in the college due to not having a unified format by Al-Mustansiriya University. 3- The suggested archiving system has achieved the identification of the universities professorsand their skills, as well asmaking official connections and more ease for the College to get information that can’t be accessed otherwise, and to secure the achievements of professors "the intellectual property right", and in marketing their academic careers among other academic circles. The study offered a series of recommendations including: - 1- The necessity to expand C.V. archiving system that is suggested in the future through the adoption by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the system and generalize it all over Iraqi universities. The C.V. of lecturers were entered in the system according to a standardized sample of C.V. all over its universities for the purpose of unification in the inclusion of lecturers C.V. 2- This study considers the core of the College of Arts in storing and uploading the C.V. of lecturers, and it refers to the necessity of reliance on Ibin Sina section on the suggested C.V. archiving system, then the idea become available nationally. 3- Connect the C.V. archiving system that is suggested for the lecturers with the official websites through the leadership of Al-Mustansiriya University, which make it easy to identify the college professors, their skills and scientific contributions, also it overcomes the difficulties that the college and other universities suffer from .

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أرشفة السير العلمية للمدرسين في كلية الآداب، والتعرف على المعايير المعتمدة في صياغة إنموذج موحد للسير العلمية لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، فضلاً عن التعرف على نظام أرشيفي ملائم لتخزينها وإتاحتها عبر شبكة الإنترنت، كما تهدف إلى معرفة إمكانية الإفادة من إتاحة سير المدرسين عبر شبكة الإنترنت مع الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار إن شبكة الإنترنت تمثل البيئة الإلكترونية التفاعلية السهلة الوصول والاستخدام وإمكانية الإسهام في تحسين صورة الكلية لدى الجهات الأكاديمية الأخرى. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، وكانت العينة عمدية ضمت أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ممن يحملون اللقب العلمي (أستاذ – أستاذ مساعد) مكونة من (147) عضواً، وكانت أدوات البحث الاستبانة والمقابلة والملاحظة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: 1- كشفت الدراسة عن إغفال وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لتعميم استمارة موحدة للسيرة العلمية لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية للجامعات العراقية ونظام أرشيفي لإتاحتها عبر شبكة الإنترنت وفق معايير موحدة مع وجود رغبة حقيقة لدى المدرسين في تعميم الوزارة لأنموذج موحد للسيرة العلمية لكافة جامعاتها وكانت نسبة ذلك (55.4%). 2- نشطت الدراسة حركة رفع السير العلمية للمدرسين عبر شبكة الإنترنت، بدأت عمادة كلية الآداب بطرح الفكرة على الأقسام العلمية عبر شبكة الإنترنت عن طريق شعبة ابن سينا ولكن مازالت الفكرة مطروحة داخل الكلية ولا يتوافر شيء على أرض الواقع، ودون توحيد إنموذج الاستمارة مع استمارة الجامعة المستنصرية. 3- حقق نظام أرشيف السير العلمية المقترح التعريف بأساتذة الجامعات ومهاراتهم وإجراء الاتصالات الرسمية، وهو أكثر سهولة في الحصول على المعلومات التي يتعذر الوصول إليها، وكذلك الحفاظ على نتاجات الأساتذة "حق الملكية الفكرية"، وتسويق سيرتهم العلمية من الجهات الأكاديمية الأخرى. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: 1- ضرورة توسيع بناء نظام أرشيف السير العلمية المقترح مستقبلاً عن طريق تبني وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي النظام وتعميمة على كافة الجامعات العراقية وإدخال سير المدرسين في النظام وفق إنموذج استمارة للسيرة العلمية الموحدة لكافة جامعاتها. 2- تعد هذه الدراسة النواة لكلية الآداب في تخزين ورفع السير العلمية للمدرسين وتشير إلى ضرورة اعتماد شعبة ابن سينا على نظام أرشيف السير العلمية المقترح وتصبح بذلك الفكرة متوافرة على أرض الواقع. 3- ضرورة ربط النظام الأرشيفي للسيرة العلمية المقترح للمدرسين مع المواقع الرسمية من خلال رئاسة الجامعة المستنصرية الأمر الذي يسهل التعريف بأساتذة الكلية ومهاراتهم ونتاجاتهم العلمية وأيضاً يتخطى بذلك الصعوبات التي تعاني منها الكلية والجامعات الأخرى.
