|a في ضوء أهمية الأداء الوظيفي الأسري وأثره على أفراد الأسرة، وأهمية الأمن النفسي للمرأة وأثره في قيامها بالمهام الوظيفية المكلفة به، نشأت فكرة هذه الدراسة التي سعت إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الأداء الوظيفي الأسري والأمن النفسي لدى ربات الأسر بمدينة الرياض، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة حيث طبقت على عينة قصدية غير عشوائية قوامها (235) ربة أسرة، وكان من أبرز نتائجها: ارتفاع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي الأسري والأمن النفسي لدى ربات الأسر بمدينة الرياض بشكل عام، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين العينة في كل من الأداء الوظيفي الأسري والأمن النفسي تبعا لمستوى تعليم رب الأسرة، وتعليم ربة الأسرة، ودخل الأسرة لصالح المستويات العليا للتعليم والدخل. بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الأداء الوظيفي الأسري والأمن النفسي وبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
|b In the light of the importance of the Family Functioning and its impact on family members, and the importance of psychological security of women and its impact on its functional tasks assigned to it, it originated the idea of the study, which sought to identify the nature of the relationship between Family Functioning and psychological security among housewives in Riyadh, the descriptive approach is adopted and the questionnaire is employed, Applied to a sample of purposive non-random (235) housewife. One of the main results of the study is that their high level of Family Functioning and psychological for housewives in Riyadh in general, and there are significant differences between the sample in the Family Functioning of domestic and psychological security depending on the level of education of the housewives, and the head of the family education, and family income in favor of the higher levels of education and income. In addition to a positive correlation statistically significant between Family Functioning and psychological security and some of the social and economic level of the family variables. In light of the study results, the paper is concluded with a number of recommendations.
