المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الأربعة (التنبؤ بالأزمة، التخطيط لمواجهة الأزمة، مواجهة الأزمة، تقييم ما بعد الأزمة) والأمن النفسي بأبعاده (الطمأنينة النفسية، الاستقرار الاجتماعي، تحقيق الذات)، تحديد الفروق بين كل من ربات أسر الريف والحضر، وربات الأسر العاملات والغير عاملات في كل من إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها والأمن النفسي بأبعاده، الكشف عن الاختلافات بين عينة الدراسة في كل من إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الأربعة والأمن النفسي بأبعاده الثلاثة تبعا لكل من طبيعة السكن، و حجم الأسرة، وسن رب وربة الأسرة، ومدة الزواج، والمستوي التعليمي لرب وربة الأسرة، وفئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة. وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الأسرة، والأسرة التي تنتمي إليها، واستبيان إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الأربعة، واستبيان الأمن النفسي بأبعاده الثلاثة، وطبقت على عينة تكونت من 270 ربة أسرة من محافظة المنوفية وبعض قراها تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية من الريف والحضر ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة. وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الأربعة والأمن النفسي بأبعاده الثلاثة عند مستوي دلالة 0.01، توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إدارة الأزمات الأسرية والمستوي التعليمي لكل من رب وربة الأسرة عند مستوي دلالة 0.01، بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين إدارة الأزمات وكل من (حجم الأسرة. سن رب وربة الأسرة، مدة الزواج، الدخل الشهري) توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا عند 0.01 بين الأمن النفسي بأبعاده وكل من (المستوي التعليمي لرب الأسرة والمستوي التعليمي لربة الأسرة) بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الامن النفسي وكل من (حجم الأسرة. سن رب ورية الأسرة كمدة الزواج، الدخل الشهري). توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند 0.01 بين إدارة الأزمات الأسرية وربات الأسر العاملات والغير عاملات لصالح ربات الأسر العاملات، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين ربات الأسر العاملات والغير عاملات في الأمن النفسي وجود تباين دال احصائيا عند 0.01 بين عينة الدراسة في محاور إدارة الأزمات الأسرية تبعا للمستوي التعليمي لربة الأسرة لصالح ربات الأسر الحاصلات على الدكتوراه. ويوجد تباين دال احصائيا عند 0.01 بين عينة الدراسة في الأمن النفسي تبعا للمستوي التعليمي لربة الأسرة لصالح ربات الأسر الحاصلات على الابتدائية.

The present study aims at revealing the nature of the relationship between family crisis management and its four dimensions (crisis forecasting, crisis planning, crisis response, post-crisis assessment) and psychological security in its dimensions (psychological reassurance, social stability, self-realization) To identify the differences between each of the heads of rural and urban families, the heads of the working families and the non-workers in each of the family crisis management in its dimensions and the psychological security in its dimensions. To find the differences between the sample of the study in each of the four crises and the psychological security by its three dimensions depending on the nature of the housing, The size of the family, the age of the head and the head of the family, the duration of marriage, the educational level of the Lord and the head of the family, and the monthly income categories of the family. The study tools included the general data form for the household head and the family to which it belongs, the family crisis management questionnaire in its four axes, and the psychological security questionnaire in its three dimensions. It was applied to a sample of 270 female heads of the governorate of Menoufia and some of its villages. Different. The most important results of the study were that there is a positive correlation between family crisis management and its four dimensions and psychosocial security at the level of significance of 0.01, there is a positive correlative relationship between the family crisis management and the educational level of both the head and the family head at 0.01 level There is no correlation between crisis management and family size, age of the head of household, duration of marriage, monthly income. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between 0.01 and psychological security in both dimensions (educational level of the head of the household and the level of education of the head of the family), while there is no relationship between psychological security and family size, age of the head of household, duration of marriage, monthly income ). There are statistically significant differences between 0.01% between family crisis management and female heads of working and non-working families in favor of female heads of working families, while there are no statistically significant differences between female heads of household and non-workers in psychological security. There was a statistically significant discrepancy at 0.001 between the sample of the study in the family crisis management axes according to the level of education of the head of the family in favor of the heads of families with PhDs. There is a statistically significant difference of 0.001 between the sample of the study in the psychological security according to the educational level of the head of the family in favor of the heads of families with primary.
