هدف البحث إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج مقترح لتطوير مهارات الذكاء الروحي لدى عينة من أطفال الروضة بمدينة القصيم. وقد تكونت عينة البحث النهائية من (50) طفل وطفلة تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (5-6) سنوات، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين بالتساوي إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة وتمت مجانستهما في كل من متغير العمر الزمني، والذكاء الروحي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الروحي، كما قامت ببناء البرنامج المقترح لتنمية مهارات الذكاء الروحي، كذلك فقد تم إجراء ثلاثة قياسات مختلفة لمهارات الذكاء الروحي هي القياس القبلي، والبعدي، والتتبعي. وباستخدام اختبار T-test، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن البرنامج المستخدم له فاعليته في تحسين مستوى مهارات الذكاء الروحي لأطفال الروضة، حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهارات الذكاء الروحي بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على القياس البعدي لصالح أطفال المجموعة التجريبية، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، أيضا وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي والتتبعي (بعد شهر ونصف من تطبيق البرنامج المقترح) لصالح التطبيق التتبعي.
The research -aims to test the effectiveness of the proposal for the development of spiritual intelligence skills among a sample of kindergarten children in Qassim program.
