|f The fact that job satisfaction is one of the important reasons or motivations for outstanding job performance. It is one of the most important topics that have captured the attention of researchers and scholars in the field of industrial and commercial management and organizational psychology. The attention of managers to the psychological aspects of workers is one of the fundamental changes in the field of human resources management. The subject of job satisfaction has been given special attention as an essential element of motivation at work, as it has a positive relationship in motivating employees and driving them to come up with greater performance and productivity. This study, which was entitled: “The importance of job satisfaction in improving productivity,” aimed to study the case of the antibiotic branch at the pharmaceutical complex – Medea unit. \nTo achieve these goals, we used the questionnaire and analyzed it using SPSS.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d Le fait que la satisfaction au travail est l'une des raisons ou les motifs tâche de fonctionnement exceptionnelle , il est l'un des problèmes les plus importants qui a capté l'attention des chercheurs et des chercheurs dans le domaine de la propriété industrielle et commerciale administration et psychologie organisationnelle , et les administrateurs intéressants aspects psychologiques des travailleurs des changements fondamentaux dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines , afin que je donne à l'objet la satisfaction au travail une attention particulière comme un élément essentiel de la relance de travail , et en raison de la relation positive dans la motivation des employés et de les pousser pour plus de performance et de productivité. Le but de cette étude , intitulé : l'importance de la satisfaction au travail dans l'amélioration de l'étude de cas de la productivité d'une branche du composé antibiotique Saidal - Unité Médéa - . Pour atteindre ces objectifs , nous avons utilisé le questionnaire et analysé à l'aide ( SPSS)

|a كون الرضا الوظيفي يشكل أحد الأسباب أو الدوافع المهمة للأداء الوظيفي المتميز، فإنه يعد من أهم الموضوعات التي استحوذت اهتمام الباحثين والدارسين في مجال الإدارة الصناعية والتجارية وعلم النفس التنظيمي ويعد اهتمام المدراء بالجوانب النفسية للعاملين من التحولات الأساسية في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية، بحيث أعطي لموضوع الرضا الوظيفي اهتماما خاصا باعتباره عنصرا أساسيا من عناصر التحفيز في العمل، ولما في ذلك من علاقة إيجابية في تحفيز العاملين ودفعهم لمزيد من الأداء والإنتاجية. هدفت هذه الدراسة والتي جاءت بعنوان: أهمية الرضا الوظيفي في تحسين الإنتاجية دراسة حالة فرع المضادات الحيوية التابع لمجمع صيدال-وحدة المدية-. \nولتحقيق تلك الأهداف استعملنا الاستبيان وقمنا بتحليله باستعمال (spss)٠\n
