|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحات تسهم بإذن الله في تعزيز تطبيق قادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق للقيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن درجة التطبيق، والصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيقها.\nواستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم بناء استبانة وزعت على مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من جميع المشرفين التربويين الذين يزورون المدارس في إدارة التعليم في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1438/ 1439هـــ وعددهم (57) مشرفاً، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل فطبق الدراسة على جميع مجتمع الدراسة.\nوكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة موافقة أفراد الدراسة على أن درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق للقيادة التشاركية متوسطة، وموافقتهم على أن درجة الصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيقها كبيرة، بالإضافة إلى موافقتهم على مقترحات تعزيز تطبيقها بدرجة كبيرة.\nوأوصت الدراسة بتكثيف الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل في مجال القيادة التشاركية لقادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق، وتوعية العاملين في المدارس بأهميتها ودورها في تطوير العملية الإدارية والتعليمية في المدرسة، مع تحفيزهم المادي والمعنوي على المشاركة في دراسة وحل المشكلات المدرسية.

|f The study aimed to present proposals which could contribute, by God’s permission, to strengthening the leaders of the schools in the two governates of Hotat Bani Tamim and Al-Hariq, in respect to their application of participatory leadership, from the perspective of the educational supervisors. That is through revealing the level of application and the difficulties limiting its application.\nThe study employed the descriptive survey methodological approach. A questionnaire was built and distributed upon the study community which consisted of educational supervisors who visit the schools within the education administration of the two governates of Hotat Bani Tamim and Al-Hariq, for the second university year of 1438/1439 AH. They totaled 57 supervisors and the researcher utilized the comprehensive survey method to apply the study upon the whole study community.\nAmong the main conclusions of the study, was the agreement of the individuals of the study about the level of application of the leaders of the schools in the two governates of Hutat Bani Tamim and al-Hariq, of participatory leadership, being average. And their agreement about the level of difficulties which limit its application being great, in addition to their agreement upon the proposals related to strengthening its application by a great level.\nThe study recommended intensifying training courses and workshops in relation to the area of participatory leadership for the leaders of the schools within the two governates of Hotat Ban Tamim and Al-Hariq. And to raise the awareness of the workers within the schools of its importance and its role in relation to the development of the administrative and educational process within the school, alongside granting them material and non-material incentives to participate in the study and solve the problems of the school.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
