المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحات تسهم بإذن الله في تعزيز تطبيق قادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق للقيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن درجة التطبيق، والصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيقها.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم بناء استبانة وزعت على مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من جميع المشرفين التربويين الذين يزورون المدارس في إدارة التعليم في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1438/1439ه وعددهم (57) مشرفاً، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل فطبق الدراسة على جميع مجتمع الدراسة.
وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة موافقة أفراد الدراسة على أن درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق للقيادة التشاركية متوسطة، وموافقتهم على أن درجة الصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيقها كبيرة، بالإضافة إلى موافقتهم على مقترحات تعزيز تطبيقها بدرجة كبيرة.
وأوصت الدراسة بتكثيف الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل في مجال القيادة التشاركية لقادة المدارس في محافظتي حوطة بني تميم والحريق ، وتوعية العاملين في المدارس بأهميتها ودورها في تطوير العملية الإدارية والتعليمية في المدرسة، مع تحفيزهم المادي والمعنوي على المشاركة في دراسة وحل المشكلات المدرسية.

The study aimed at presenting proposals that will contribute to enhancing the application of participatory leadership by school leaders in the governorates of Howtat Bani Tamim and Al Hariq from the point of view of educational supervisors, by revealing the degree of implementation and the difficulties that hinder its application.

The study used the survey descriptive method, and a questionnaire was distributed to the study community, which consisted of all educational supervisors who visit schools in the Education Administration in the governorates of Howtat Bani Tamim and Al Hariq in the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439 AH, whose number is (57) supervisors. The researcher used Complete Census method, so he applied it to all of the study community.
One of the main findings of the study was that the study individuals agree that the degree of the application of participatory leadership by school principals in Howtat Bani Tamim and Al Hariq was moderate. In addition, they agree that the degree of difficulties hindering its implementation was significant. Also they approved the suggestions of enhancing its application to a large extent.
The study recommended intensifying the training courses and workshops in the field of participatory leadership for school leaders in Howtat Bani Tamim and Al Hariq governorates . In addition, it recommended informing the schools staff about its importance and its role in developing the administrative and educational process in the school, while motivating them materially and morally to participate in studying and solving school problems.
