المستخلص: جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان "دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق أهداف مؤسسات تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر" وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الاستراتيجية في مؤسسات تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر والتعرف على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية فيها كما هدفت إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة تساعد على تفعيل الدور المطلوب من الإدارة الاستراتيجية وشملت عينة الدراسة (31) إدارياً ممن يعملون في مؤسسات تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر سواء في القطاع العام أو الخاص، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها وجود حاجة لدى المتهمين بتعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر إلى إدارة استراتيجية في مؤسساتهم كما كان من النتائج نمو الوعي لدى القيادات الإدارية فيما يتعلق بأهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية وإشراك الموظفين في صياغتها، وانتهت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها تطوير الأقسام الإدارية في مؤسسات تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر وفق معايير الجودة وتأهيل الكوادر إدارياً، كما أن من التوصيات المهمة توحيد الهياكل التنظيمية في مؤسسات تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر.

The study title is the role oi strategic management m achieving the goals of the institutions of an adult and continuing education”. The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic management at the institutions of an adult and continuing education and also to identify the obstacles of applying the strategic management. Furthermore, it also aimed to provide a proposed vision that helps to activate the required role of strategic management. The study sample consisted of 31 administrative employees who are working at the institutions of an adult and continuing education in private or public sector. The study results as follows: • There is a need for those who are interested in adult and continuing education to have strategic management in their institutions. • Increase the awareness among management leaders regarding the importance of strategic management and also to engage the staff in its formulation. The study recommendations are the following: • Develop the administrative sections at the institutions of an adult and continuing education according to the quality standards and qualifying the cadres administratively. • Unify the organizational structure at the institutions of an adult and continuing education.
