|a يعد التغيير واحدا من أهم العناصر التي تستخدم لمساعدة المنظمات على مختلف أشكالها على التقدم والتطور بتبني استراتيجيات تسمح لها باستباق التغيير من أجل بلوغ أسمى المراتب التنافسية والمحافظة عليها قدر الإمكان. ومن هذا المنطلق نجد أن الدول النامية ومن بينها الجزائر مطالبة بمسايرة التطورات الحاصلة في العالم المتقدم، من خلال سعي المؤسسة الاقتصادية الدائم للتكيف مع معطيات محيطها الداخلي والخارجي من خلال إدارة التغيير، وذلك حسب جهد وظروف وإمكانيات كل مؤسسة. وفي هذا البحث نحاول تسليط الضوء حول واقع ومستقبل إدارة التغيير بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية بالجزائر.

|b Change is one of the most important elements that are used to help organizations on the various forms of progress and development by adopting strategies that allow them to anticipate the change in order to reach the highest echelons of competitiveness and preserve as much as possible. With this in mind, we find that developing countries, including Algeria claim to follow up the developments in the developed world, through the pursuit of lasting economic institution to adapt to the data of internal and external surroundings through change management, depending on the effort and the conditions and capabilities of each institution. In this paper, we try to shed light on the reality of change management and the future of economic organization in Algeria.
