|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة في محافظة عجلون. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من جميع معلمات التربية الخاصة في محافظة عجلون للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2017 – 2018) والبالغ عددهن (35) معلمة. وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبق مقياس ماسلاتش (Maslach) كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (22) فقرة لأبعاد الاحتراق النفسي الثلاث التالية: بعد الإجهاد الانفعالي، وبعد تبلد المشاعر، وبعد نقص الشعور بالإنجاز. وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية:- إن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة في محافظة عجلون جاء مرتفعاً، -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α= 0.05) تعزى لأثر الخبرة التدريسية في جميع الأبعاد وفي الدرجة الكلية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح فئة الخبرة "5 سنوات فأكثر". – عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α= 0.05) تعزي لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع الأبعاد وفي الدرجة الكلية. –وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α= 0.05) تعزي لأثر الحالة الاجتماعية في جميع الأبعاد وفي الدرجة الكلية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح فئة الحالة الاجتماعية "متزوجة".

|b The purpose of this study is to determine the level of Occupational Burnout among special education teachers in Ajloun Governorate. The study is comprised of a population and a sample of all the special education teachers in Ajloun Governorate for the second semester of the academic year (2017-2018) and the number of (35) teachers. The analytical descriptive approach was followed, and the Maslach scale was applied as a study tool consisting of (22) bullets for the following three dimensions of burnout: the emotional stress dimension, the sagging feelings dimension and the lack of sense of accomplishment dimension. The study showed the following results: -The level of Occupational Burnout among special education teachers in Ajloun governorate was high. -There are statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of teaching experience in all dimensions and in the total score, the differences were in favor of the "5 years and above" category. -The absence of statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of scientific qualification in all dimensions and in the total score. -There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of the social situation in all dimensions and in the total score. The differences were in favor of the marital status category.
