|b In today's world, there are many developments and changes in the different fields of life, whether they are scientific, psychological, educational physical ones and in the field of values and ideas, which necessitates the acceleration of these changes and developments to establish ourselves a prestigious position among the developed societies. Among the theories that dealt the subject of appearances of Psychological Modernity is the theory of Inks and Samth. This theory confirms that the channels of mass communication of the fourth stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and sports science are more important than the channels of personal communication of the first stage and the degree of modernity of the individual increase by the amount of education. if the years of study increase, the degree of modernity becomes more since the individual does not find a any experience on the idea or the new opinion. This objective has been achieved by building the psychological phenomena of modernity and its relationship to the psychological stability of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science of the fourth stage. The researchers used the descriptive of survey and correlative relations and comparative studies as it suits the nature of the current research. The research aims to determine the conditions and the relations between the reality and the phenomenon. The method of comprehensive survey was chosen in the selection of the research community. The sample of the building included (114) students and sample numbers (114) students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Babylon for the fourth stage. The results of the current research showed that students of the fourth stage have psychological phenomena and good mental stability because they have a level above the average in terms of modernity and stability

|a يشهد العالم في عصرنا الحالي العديد من التطورات والتغيرات في مجالات الحياة المختلفة سواء كان مجالا علميا أو نفسية أو تربويا أو رياضيا وفي مجال القيم والأفكار مما يستدعي أن نسرع تجاه تكل التغيرات والتطورات لنتبنى لأنفسنا مكانة مرموقة بين المجتمعات المتقدمة، ومن بين النظريات التي تناولت موضوع المظاهر النفسية للحداثة هي نظيرة انكلس وسمث، تؤكد هذه النظرية على أن قنوات الاتصال الجماهيرية للمرحلة الرابعة للكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة أكثر أهمية من قنوات الاتصال الشخصية بالنسبة للمرحلة الأولى وإن درجة حداثة الفرد تزداد بزيادة مقدار التعليم الذي يتلقاه، إذ كلما زادت سنوات الدراسة زاد ذلك لأن الفرد لا يجد حوله من يملك أية خبرة عن الفكرة أو الراي الجديد، وقد تحقق هذا الهدف من خلال بناء المظاهر النفسية للحداثة وعلاقتها بالاستقرار النفسي لدى طلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للمرحلة الرابعة. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية والدراسات المقارنة، نظرا لملاءمته طبيعة الدراسة الحالية إذ يهدف البحث الوصفي إلى تحديد الظروف والعلاقات بين الواقع والظاهر وقد تم اختيار طريقة المسح الشامل في اختيار مجتمع البحث وقد اشتملت عينة البناء على (114) طالبا وعينة الإعداد على (114) طالب لدى كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة بابل للمرحلة الرابعة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي أن طلاب المرحلة الرابعة يتمتعون بمظاهر نفسية واستقرار نفسي جيد وذلك لأنهم يتمتعون بمستوى فوق المتوسط من ناحية الحداثة والاستقرار الذي كشفت عنه نتائج البحث.
