|a يتناول البحث مسألة تظهر أهميتها في عموم البلوى بها، واشتداد الحاجة لها، بالرغم من قلة الكتابة فيها، وضعف الاهتمام بها، في مقابل الاهتمام بأحكام التلاوة، وهي أحكام وضوابط كتابة القرآن الكريم، علماً بأن هذه الضوابط والأحكام لا تنحصر في كتابة المصحف، بل تشمل كتابة الآيات عموماً، فهي أشد انتشاراً، خاصة مع تطور أساليب الكتابة وأدواتها وطرقها، وهذا البحث هو الجزء الثاني ضمن الأجزاء الأربعة المنتظمة في سلسلة أحكام وضوابط كتابة القرآن الكريم، وهو خاص بأحكام وضوابط (المكتوب عليه) الذي يراد به محل الكتابة وموضعها أو السطح الذي يكتب عليه القرآن الكريم، وهو مختلف عن البحث السابق لهذه السلسلة الخاصة بأحكام وضوابط (المكتوب به) الذي هو مداد الكتابة وآلتها وأداتها، وسيلحقه بإذن الله بحثان في أحكام وضوابط الكتابة، وأحكام وضوابط الكاتب، وابتدأت هذا البحث بتحرير حكم كتابة القرآن على النجاسة، ثم انتقل البحث لتحرير حكم كتابة القرآن على صحائف الذهب والفضة والحرير، ثم ذكر الضوابط المتعلقة بذلك، ثم بيان أبرز التطبيقات المعاصرة لذلك، ثم شرع البحث في بيان حكم كتابة القرآن على الجدران أو تعليق الآيات عليها والضوابط الشرعية لذلك وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة، ثم تناول البحث حكم كتابة القرآن على الملبوسات والمفروشات مع ذكر التطبيقات المعاصرة لها بأنواعها ثم انتهى البحث بتحرير حكم كتابة القرآن على المطعومات وأواني الطعام والشراب بصورتيها: ما كانت لغير غرض مشروع، وما كانت لغرض الاستشفاء والرقية، مع بيان التطبيقات المتقدمة والمعاصرة للصورة الثانية مع الاستدلال والمناقشة والترجيح، ثم ختمت البحث بذكر أبرز النتائج المستخلصة وذيلته بقائمة للمصادر والمراجع.

|f The research deals with an issue that shows its importance in the overall affliction and the heightened need for it, despite the lack of writing in it and the lack of interest in it, compare to attention to the rulings of recitation. That is the rules and regulations of writing the Holy Qur'an. Note that these rules and regulations are not limited to writing the Mushaf, but include writing verses in general. They are more widespread, especially with the development of writing styles, tools, and methods. This research is the second part of the four regular parts of the series of rulings and regulations on writing the Holy Qur'an. It is specific to the rules and regulations (written on it) which means the place of writing and its place or the surface on which the Holy Qur'an is written. It is different from the previous research of this series on the rules and regulations (written in it), which is the model of writing, its machine, and tools. it will be followed by two chapters on the rules and regulations of writing, and the rules and regulations of the writer. This research began with editing the rulings on writing Qur'aan on impurity. Then the research proceeded to edit the ruling on writing Qur'aan on gold, silver and silk' sheets, then mention of the rules on this, and then to describe the most prominent contemporary applications of it. Then the research began to explain the ruling on writing Qur'aan on the walls or hanging verses on them, and the Islamic rules for that and their contemporary applications. The research then dealt with the ruling on writing Qur'aan on clothing and furnishings, with the mention of contemporary applications of all kinds. Then the research ended with editing the ruling on writing Qur'aan on food and drink utensils in both ways: they were for nothing other than a legitimate purpose, and they were not for the purpose of healing and development, with an indication of advanced and contemporary applications of the second way with inference, discussion and weight.
