المستخلص: The current research aimed to identify the degree of ownership of students of the first episode of Stage Education Basic Oral expression skills From Destination Their teachers looked. To achieve this goal, use the T researcher of the descriptive approach, and prepared a list of oral expression skills based on a questionnaire consisting of (20) paragraphs under four Areas. After confirming the validity and reliability, the researcher of the T applied to a random sample, which consisted of (150) teachers from the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the schools of the city of Damascus for the academic year 2017-2018. The research concluded the following results: - More oral expression skills among pupils -owned first cycle of basic education is related to the intellectual domain, Vallgoa, Valodaia, and then voice; it got the field (oral expression skills related to intellectual domain) the highest relative weight (82%), and the degree of possession High . Followed by the field (oral expression skills related to linguistic domain), a relative weight (69.66%), and possession of a medium degree. Then the field (oral expression skills related to the field of performance) with a relative weight (60.33 %), and a degree of possession Medium too, it was the focus of (oral expression skills related to voice field) less skill degrees; it came with a relative weight (55.33%), and the degree of possession Low. The overall result of verbal expression skills came On axes The four have a relative weight (66.6 %), with an average grade of possession. - There are significant differences between the mean teacher degrees May the first cycle of basic education about the degree of owning their pupils oral expression skills according to each of the two variables and years of experience training courses for the benefit of those who followed the sessions, and experienced (more than 10 years). Based on the results of the research, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions regarding the need to take the skills of oral expression in the preparation of training courses and the writing of educational curricula, and the need for further studies in this area.

هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة امتلاك تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي مهارة التعبير الشفوي من وجهة نظر معلميهم. وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت قائمة بمؤشرات مهارة التعبير الشفوي بنت على أساسها استبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة تندرج تحت أربعة مجالات. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية، تكونت من (150) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدارس مدينة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2017-2018. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - أكثر مهارة التعبير الشفوي امتلاكا لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي هي المتعلقة بالمجال الفكري، فاللغوي، فالأدائي، ثم الصوتي؛ إذ حصل مجال (مهارة التعبير الشفوي المتعلقة بالمجال الفكري) على أعلى درجة بوزن نسبي (82%)، وبدرجة امتلاك مرتفعة. يليه مجال (مهارة التعبير الشفوي المتعلقة بالمجال اللغوي)، بوزن نسبي (69.66%)، وبدرجة امتلاك متوسطة. ثم مجال (مهارة التعبير الشفوي المتعلقة بالمجال الأدائي) بوزن نسبي (60.33%)، وبدرجة امتلاك متوسطة أيضا، وكان مجال (مهارة التعبير الشفوي المتعلقة بالمجال الصوتي) أقل المهارة درجة؛ إذ جاء بوزن نسبي (55.33%)، وبدرجة امتلاك منخفضة. وجاءت النتيجة الكلية لمهارة التعبير الشفوي المتعلقة بالمحاور الأربعة بوزن نسبي (66.6%)، وبدرجة امتلاك متوسطة. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي حول درجة امتلاك تلاميذهم مهارة التعبير الشفوي تبعا لكل من متغيري الدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة، لصالح الذين اتبعوا دورات، وذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات(. وبناء على نتائج البحث قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات تتعلق بضرورة أخذ مهارة التعبير الشفوي بعين الاعتبار عند إعداد الدورات التدريبية وتأليف المناهج التعليمية، وضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال.
