المستخلص: Those studying the Algerian educational system will know that the recent educational reforms in 2003 have been fundamental reforms which covered various aspects of educational work, curricula, educational programs, textbooks, methods and styles of teaching and education with a view to modernizing and renewing the components of educational work through adjustment and evaluation. The purpose and objective of this educational effort was to reach our educational system to be able to cope with national and international transformations effectively by contributing to construction and development. However, despite this, we find that there is a lack of harmony between the educational reality on the one hand, and the expectation on the other hand. Hence, it is necessary to correct mistakes and address the problems that arise about these reforms.

إن الدارس المتعمق للنظام التربوي الجزائري يتبين له أن الإصلاحات التربوية الأخيرة سنة 2003م إصلاحات جوهرية شملت مختلف جوانب الفعل التربوي، المناهج الدراسية، البرامج التعليمية، الكتب المدرسية، طرائق وأساليب التربية والتعليم بغية تحديث وتجديد مكونات العمل التربوي عن طريق التعديل والتقويم، وكانت الغاية والمقصد من هذا الجهد التربوي الوصول بمنظومتنا التربوية لتصبح قادرة مقتدرة على مسايرة التحولات الوطنية والدولية، فعالة مساهمة في البناء والتنمية، ولكن رغم هذا نجد أن هناك عدم انسجام بين الواقع التربوي من جهة، وبين ما هو مأمول من جهة أخرى، من هنا لابد من تصحيح الأخطاء، ومعالجة الإشكاليات التي تطرح حول هذه الإصلاحات.

L'étudiant de système éducatif algérien en profondeur lui montre que les réformes éducatives, en 2003, sont des réformes fondamentales qui comprenaient divers aspects d'éducation tels que: les programmes scolaires et didactiques, les manuels et mêmes les méthodes d'enseignements afin de renouveler et d'améliorer les composants éducatifs à partie l'évaluation et la modification.
Le but destiné à cet effort d'éducation, c'est d'atteindre notre système éducatif pour être capable à faire des changements nationaux et internationaux. Et de contribuer d'une manière efficace à la construction et au développement.
Mais malgré cela, nous constatons qu'il y a un manque d'harmonie entre la réalité éducative et tout ce qui est souhaitable.
Donc, il faut corriger les erreurs, traiter et résoudre les soucis qui se posent au niveau de ces réformes.
