المستخلص: Les élections peuvent être à une certaine étape une source de contentieux. La question se pose ainsi, pour ne citer que cet exemple, à l'enregistrement sur les listes électorales où l'on peut savoir si les mesures nécessaires à l'identification des personnes qui remplissent les conditions pour l'exercice du droit électoral ont été prises d'une manière ordonnée, précise ou pas. Et ce pour garantir l'égalité entre les candidats et s'assurer de la neutralité et l'impartialité de l'administration. Beaucoup d'autres questions relatives aux processus électoral sont également soulevées, notamment celle liées à l'organisation du scrutin, au dépouillement des voix et à la proclamation des résultats qui seront authentifiés ainsi que toutes les opérations du vote, par le Conseil constitutionnel.

Legislative elections at one stage can be a source of conflict. The question can be asked, for example, at the level of registration on electoral lists. This is in order to find out whether the procedures necessary to identify persons who meet the requirements for exercising the right to vote were conducted in an orderly and accurate manner or not? to ensure the equality of candidates and the administration does not deviate from its neutrality and impartiality. The elections also raise many other questions regarding the election process itself, which takes place on the day of voting, counting the votes and announcing the results, in order to verify the validity of all electoral processes by the Constitutional Council.

يمكن أن تكون الانتخابات التشريعية على مستوى إحدى مراحلها مصدرا لمنازعات ما، فالتساؤل يمكن أن يطرح على سبيل المثال على مستوى التسجيل بالقوائم الانتخابية وذلك لمعرفة هل أن الإجراءات اللازمة لحصر الأشخاص الذين تتوفر فيهم شروط ممارسة الحق الانتخابي تمت بطريقة منظمة ودقيقة أم لا؟ وذلك لضمان المساواة بين المترشحين وعدم خروج الإدارة عن حيادها وعدم انحيازها، وتطرح الانتخابات كذلك العديد من التساؤلات الأخرى على مستوى عملية الانتخاب في حد ذاتها التي تدور يوم تنظيم الاقتراع وفرز الأصوات والإعلان عن النتائج وذلك للتثبت من صحة كافة العمليات الانتخابية من قبل المجلس الدستوري.
