|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد درجة الإفادة من برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل في تحسين أداء مدير المدرسة بمدارس وكالة الغوث بمحافظات غزة من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم. كما سعت إلى الكشف عن الفروق في استجابات المديرين تعزي إلى متغيرات الجنس-المنطقة التعليمية-سنوات الخبرة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، فيما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات من خلال تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (152) مديرا ومديرة. وقد أشارت النتائج بأن درجة الإفادة من برنامج القيادة من أجل المستقبل كانت عالية بنسبة (75.68%)، حيث جاء مجال أداء مدير المدرسة في تحسين التعليم والتعليم جاء في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (81.08)، يليه في المرتبة الثانية مجال أداء مدير المدرسة في تطوير الذات وقيادة الفريق بنسبة (79.19%)، ويليه مجال أداء مدير المدرسة في إدارة المدرسة في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة (71.53). ثم أخيراً في المرتبة الرابعة جاء مجال أداء مدير المدرسة في التفكير والتخطيط الاستراتيجي بنسبة (70.93%). ولم تظهر نتائج الدراسة أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المديرين والمديرات على درجة الإفادة من البرنامج وفقاً لمتغير الجنس والمنطقة التعليمية والخبرة.

|b This study aims at determining the level of benefit from the “Leading for the Future” program in improving the performance of UNRWA school principal in Gaza Governorates from the perspective of the school principals themselves. It also seeks to detect differences in the responses of principals attributed to the sex, the learning area, years of experience variables. The study is based on the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection through its application to the study sample of (152) school principals. The results showed that the benefit from “Leading for the Future” program recorded a high level of (75. 68%). The performance of school principals in improving education was ranked first by (81. 08%) , followed by the performance of the school principal in self - development and leadership (79. 19%), followed by the performance of school principal in the management of the school ranked third (71. 53%). Finally, in the fourth place came the field of performance of the school principal in thinking. and strategic planning by (70. 93%) . The results of the study did not show any significant differences in the responses of school principals to the level of benefit from the program according to the gender, educational area and experience variables.
