المستخلص: من أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030، سد الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي ومتطلبات سوق العمل، ويسعى هذا البحث إلى المساهمة في تحقيق رؤية المملكة، حيث يهدف إلى: المواءمة بين جودة مخرجات التعلم في الجامعات السعودية ومتطلبات سوق العمل السعودي وفق الرؤية من خلال: تحديد أهم متطلبات سوق العمل السعودي، المتطلبات والوسائل اللازمة لتطوير جودة مخرجات التعلم في الجامعات السعودية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030، إضافة إلى التعرف على وجهة نظر الجامعة (الممارسين) والمجتمع (المستفيد الخارجي) ومدى رضائهم عن جودة مخرجات التعلم في الجامعات السعودية، علاوة على ذلك تقديم تصور مقترح لكيفية المواءمة بين مخرجات التعلم في الجامعات السعودية ومتطلبات سوق العمل وفق رؤية المملكة 2030.
وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي في تناول موضوع الدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة ملائمة (المريحة) من الجامعات الحكومية الحاصلة على الاعتماد المؤسسي حتى 1/1/2018م، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات: متوسط الرضا العام عن جودة مخرجات التعلم وفق آراء عينة البحث (قيادات وأعضاء هيئة تدريس، الخريجين، أرباب العمل) جاء بدرجة جيدة جداً وبمتوسط حسابي (3,59).
ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة أخذ الجامعات بأهم متطلبات سوق العمل السعودي وفق رؤية المملكة 2030 والتي توصل اليها البحث وتطوير خططها وبرامجها في ضوء هذه المتطلبات.
ضرورة أخذ مختلف الجهات بما ورد بالتصور المقترح للمواءمة بين مخرجات التعلم في الجامعات السعودية ومتطلبات سوق العمل وفق رؤية المملكة 2030.

Among the goals of the 2030 vision, is to bridge the gap between higher education and the requirements of the labor market. This research aims to contribute to the realization of the kingdom’s vision, in the case where it seeks to: Make an alignment between the quality of learning outcomes within Saudi universities and the requirements of the Saudi labor market, according to the vision. That is through: Determining the most important requirements of the Saudi labor market and the requirements and necessary means to develop the quality of learning outcomes within the Saudi universities, in accordance to the kingdom’s 2030 vision. That is in addition to becoming aware of the university’s perspective (i.e. the practitioners) and that of the society (the external benefiter), and the extent of their satisfaction in relation to the quality of the learning outcomes within the Saudi universities. In addition to that, the study seeks to present a proposed conception for the manner of how to make an alignment between the learning outcomes within Saudi universities and the demands or requirements of the labor market, in accordance to the kingdom’s 2030 vision.
The researchers employed the descriptive methodological approach when dealing with the subject of the study. An appropriate sample was selected from the government universities which had attained institutional accreditation until 1/1/2018.
From among the most important conclusions were:
The average general satisfaction regarding the quality of the learning outcomes according to the opinions of the research sample (leaderships, members of the educational body, graduates and business owners), which came with a very good level and an arithmetic average of “3.59”.
From among the most significant recommendations of the research were: The necessity of the universities taking note of the most important requirements of the Saudi labor market according to the kingdom’s 2030 vision, which research led to and the development of its plans and programs, in light of these requirements.
The necessity of different agencies taking note of what has come in the proposed conception in respect to making an alignment between the learning outcomes of Saudi universities and the requirements of the labor market, in accordance to the kingdom’s 2030 vision.
