المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the attitudes of the faculties members of physical education towards the admittance of the students with disabilities into their study programs, and identify the types of disabilities which would be accepted by the faculties members of physical education in their programs. Additionally, the study aims at examining the statistical significance differences among the attitudes of the faculties members of physical education towards the admittance of the students with disabilities into their study programs which are due to the variables of (type of disability, the university, "instructor of theoretical, practical or theoretical-practical courses" and Gender as well as the academic rank, teaching experiences). The sample of the study consisted of 43 members of the faculties members at the faculties of physical education at the Jordanian universities, and the descriptive method was used because of its convenience to the study. The means, standard deviations, ANOVA and SCHEFFE were derived by using SPSS software, the results of the study showed the presence of a medium positive level of the attitudes of the faculties members of physical education towards the admittance of the students with disabilities into their study programs; the results showed also that the auditory disability is the disability which is accepted highly by the faculties members of physical education into their study programs, with a percentage of 43.9%. The results showed also that the faculties members at the Hashemite University have the highest positive attitudes among the Jordanian universities towards the admittance of the students with disabilities into their programs. The results showed also the absence of significant differences among the attitudes of males and females, as well as the absence of differences which can be ascribed to the courses taught by the faculties members (theoretical, practical, theoretical practical), as well as the academic rank (lecturer, assistant lecturer, associate professor, assistant professor, professor) towards the admittance of the students with disabilities into their programs at the faculties of physical education. The results showed also the absence of statistical significance differences which indicate the effect of teaching experience of the instructor on the attitudes towards the admittance of the disabled students at the faculties of physical education, and the category of (more than 10 years of experience) showed more positive attitudes towards the admittance of the students with disabilities compared to the category of (less than 5 years).

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية نحو قبول الطلبة المعاقين ضمن برامجهم والتعرف إلى أنوع الإعاقة التي يمكن أن يقبلها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية ضمن برامجهم والتعرف إلى الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية نحو قبول الطلبة المعاقين ضمن برامجهم تبعاً للمتغيرات (نوع الإعاقة، الجامعة، ومدرس مواد "نظري، عملي، نظري وعملي"، والجنس، الرتبة الأكاديمية، والخبرة التدريسية)، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (43) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية على رأس عملهم، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لهذا النوع من الدراسات. حيث تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتم استخدام تحليل التباين الثنائي (ANOVA) واختبار شيفيه (SCHEFFE) باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإنسانية (SPSS)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى (متوسط موجب) من اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية نحو قبول الطلبة المعاقين ضمن برامجهم وأظهرت أن (الإعاقة السمعية) هي أكثر الإعاقات التي يمكن أن يقبلها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية الرياضية ضمن برامجهم بنسبة مئوية (43.9) كما أظهرت النتائج أن أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة الهاشمية كانت اتجاهاتهم الأكثر إيجابية بين الجامعات الأردنية نحو قبول الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في برامجهم كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات الذكور والإناث وطبيعة المواد التي يقوم عضو هيئة التدريس بتدريسها (نظري، عملي، عملي نظري) والرتب الأكاديمية (مدرس، أستاذ مساعد، أستاذ مشارك، أستاذ) نحو قبول الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في برامج كليات التربية الرياضية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تشير إلى تأثر الاتجاهات نحو قبول الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في كليات التربية الرياضية بالخبرة التدريسية لعضو هيئة التدريس حيث كانت الفئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات) تحمل اتجاهات إيجابية نحو قبول الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة أكثر من الفئة (أقل من 5 سنوات).
