Therefore, the society must cooperate to cope up with these changes and exert all efforts to help reach the ultimate aim of giving due care to the handicapped or those of special needs individuals which gained the interest of the international organizations as this of people are exposed to psychological pressures that negatively influence their social duties. The disabled my feel alienated, terrified and oppressed. This may badly affect the disabled relations with others and this reduces their chance of talking with others to relieve their psychiatric pressures. The disabled is a normal person but he or she ponders over matters attentively. The results of the sixth premise and its explanation.
