|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور المدرسة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم إعداد أداة للبحث اشتملت على (15) فقرة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (300) من معلمين وإداريين ومشرفين بالمرحلة المتوسطة، اختيروا بطريقة العينة المنتظمة العشوائية من إدارة تعليم مكة المكرمة، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن للمدرسة دورا مهم جدا في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة مكة المكرمة، فقد بلغ متوسط التقديرات الكلية لأفراد العينة (4.25)، حيث حصلت (11) فقرة على تقديرات مرتفعة جدا، وحصلت (3) فقرات على تقديرات مرتفعة، بينما حققت (1) فقرة واحدة على تقديرات متوسطة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير الجنس ومتغير الخبرة العملية، بينما كشفت عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير نوع المؤهل لصالح الحاصلين على شهادة الماجستير، وكذلك بينت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير طبيعة العمل لصالح المشرفين بمكاتب التعليم، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الارتقاء بدور المدرسة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية من خلال إتاحة مصادر التعلم ومعامل الحاسب الآلي للطلاب بهدف الوصول إلى العالم الرقمي بشكل مفيد، يستطيع الطلبة من خلاله التعرف على فوائد التقنيات كمصادر للتعلم المستمر والتعلم الذاتي.

|b The present study aimed to identify the role of school in consolidation of digital citizenship values for students in intermediate stage in the holy city of Makkah. To achieve the study, objectives, the researcher used the survey descriptive method, as well as he prepared study tool which includes (15) sentences. Study sample consists of (300) teachers, administrators and supervisors of intermediate stage. Study sample’s members are selected on the basis of Systematic Random sample from educational directorate of Makkah. Study results revealed that school plays very important role in consolidation of digital citizenship values for students in intermediate stage, thereupon the overall mean score of study sample's members was (4.25), in terms that (11) sentences has very high scores, (3) sentences has high scores, whereas (1) sentence has moderate score. Furthermore, study results revealed that there were no statistical differences among the responses of the study sample's members due to (gender and professional experience) variables, whereas there were statistical differences among the responses of study sample’s members due to (type of qualification) in favor of members who have master degree. In addition, study results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of administrators of education office. The study recommended that the role of schools in consolidating digital citizenship values shall be elevated by providing students with learning resources and computer labs for meaningful access to the digital world, through which students can identify technologies as resources of continuous learning and self-learning.
