The main purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' voice in travel agencies and hotels in Egypt. It also examines the influence of age, gender, work tenure and education on employee voice. The study is based on a quantitative methodology where a self-administered questionnaire was designed to collect empirical data. The study instrument was distributed on 306 employees and their 102 immediate supervisors. Relevant statistical analytical techniques including correlation, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were then used. The results indicate that employees' voice is positively related to direct reports’ ratings of the leader’s ethical leadership. The findings indicate that ethical leaders do influence acquiescent, defensive and pro social voice in tourism and hotels enterprises. Moreover, employees' tenure is positively and significantly related to voice behavior.
