المستخلص: L'objectif de cette étude est de déterminer le rôle des systèmes d'information dans la prise de décision à la société N'gaous pour les conserves. La planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP) a été adoptée en tant que système d'information dans lequel elle était appliquée pour déterminer son impact sur les différentes étapes de la prise de décision par rapport aux systèmes précédemment appliqués à l'organisation. L'étude a révélé que la transformation de N'gaous de l'utilisation des systèmes d'information traditionnels à des systèmes plus modernes (ERP) a contribué à soutenir certaines étapes de prise de décision, telles que fournir des informations, identifier le problème réel et choisir les meilleures solutions des problèmes. Cependant, ces systèmes n'offrent pas de solutions alternatives aux problèmes rencontrés et ne contribuent pas à la réalisation des résultats établis.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور نظم المعلومات في اتخاذ القرارات في مؤسسة نقاوس للمصبرات. وقد تم الاعتماد على نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) كنظام معلوماتي طبق فيها لمعرفة تأثيره على مختلف مراحل اتخاذ القرار بالمقارنة مع النظم المطبقة سابقا بالمؤسسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحول مؤسسة نقاوس من استخدام نظم معلومات تقليدية إلى نظم أكثر حداثة (ERP) قد ساهم في دعم بعض مراحل اتخاذ القرار كتوفير المعلومات، تحديد المشكلة الحقيقية واختيار أفضل البدائل كحلول لهذه المشاكل، إلا أن هذه النظم لا تقدم بدائل حلول للمشاكل المطروحة ولا تساهم في مرحلة تحقيق النتائج المسطرة.

The aim of this study is to determine the role of information systems in decision-making at N'gaous Company for Preserves. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was adopted as an information system in which it was applied to determine its impact on the various decision-making stages in comparison to the systems previously applied to the organization. The study found that N'gaous' transformation from the use of traditional information systems to more modern systems (ERP) has contributed to supporting some decision-making stages such as providing information, identifying the real problem and selecting the best alternatives as solutions to these problems. However, these systems do not offer alternative solutions to the problems at hand and do not contribute to the stage of achieving the established results.
