هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية المعتمدة من طرف مدير الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة ودافعية الإنجاز عند موظفي مدرية الشباب والرياضة من وجهت نظرهم ورأيهم وهذا لقياس دافعية الإنجاز عند الموظفين لكونهم أشخاص مستعدين لبدل أقصى جهد لديهم من أجل تحقيق هدف معين وهنا يبرز دور القائد التحويلي في استثارة مرؤوسيه وتشجيعهم ودفعهم لإنجاز ومواصلة لتحقيق النجاح، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي مدرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة البالغ عددهم 30 موظف وعينة البحث هي عينة مسحية أي اختيار العينة بطريقة أسلوب المسح الشامل وعليه فإن مجتمع الدراسة هو نفسه عينة الدراسة أي تعطي هذه الطريقة لجميع مفردات المجتمع نفس الفرصة في أن يكونوا في عينة البحث وهذا ما يعطي صيغة الموضوعية لأداة الدراسة، ثم طبقت عليهم أداتين للدراسة (استبيان للقيادة التحويلية واستبيان لدافعية الإنجاز) وبعدها تم التحقق من صدقهما واستخراج ثباتهما بمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوب للحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the approved transformational leadership by Youth Director and sports of M’sila to achievement motivation at the Directorate for youth employees and Sports and they have directed their view to this measure achievement motivation when employees for being willing people to exert maximum effort order to achieve the goal certain and here the appearance of the Leader transformative in raising his subordinates and encourage them and push them to complete and continue to achieve success, and The study population consisted of all the Directorate for Youth and Sports of M’sila’s 30 employees and the research sample is a sample staff survey any sample selection manner comprehensive survey method Thus, the study population is the same sample study that anyone can be given this method to all the vocabulary community the same opportunity to be in the sample and this is what gives objective formula to study tool, then applied this tools to study (a questionnaire for transformational leadership and achievement motivation questionnaire) and then been verified validity and reliability of the questionnaire statistically processes the data using the computer program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)
