المستخلص: The study aimed to identify performance measurement among sports leaders in decision-making in sports activity circles in Jordanian universities and to identify the impact of the scientific qualification variable and the university on decision-making in sports activity circles in Jordanian universities.
To achieve this, the study questionnaire was applied which consists of (28) paragraphs. The sample of questionnaire consisted of (25) mathematical supervisors from four Jordanian official universities: Jordan, Hashemite, Yarmouk and Mutah. The researcher used the descriptive method in his survey form, and used arithmetic averages, standard deviations and percentages,Test (TT), the Kruskal–Wallis test, and Tukey Test. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in decision-making levels among sports supervisors in the sports activity circles in Jordanian universities, with a tendency to individualism in decision-making and non-responsibility, the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of supervisors who hold the master's degree at the expense of the bachelor's degree, and the existence of significant statistical differences between the four universities in the decision-making process and for the benefit of the Hashemite University. In view of this, the study recommended emphasizing the non-adoption of the principle of individuality in the decision-making process, the use of democratic and scientific principle in decision-making, and not limiting the calendar process in the circles of sports activity to one person, rather through a competent committee, taking care to neutralize the aspect of personal relations in the decision-making process.

L’étude faite vise à identifier la mesure de la performance des leaders sportifs dans la prise de décision dans les cercles d'activités sportives des universités jordaniennes ainsi que l'impact de la fluctuante prise de décision scientifique et universitaire dans les cercles d'activités sportives de ces universités.
Afin de réaliser cela, un questionnaire comportant 28 paragraphes a été mis en oeuvre ainsi qu'un échantillon de 25 superviseurs sportifs issus de quatre universités officielles: Jordanie, Hachemite, Yarmouk et Mu'tah.
Le chercheur a utilisé dans son enquête l'approche descriptive ainsi que les moyennes arithmétiques, l'écart-type, les pourcentages, des tests tels que les tests de Crochet Walls et le test de Tookie.
Les résultats de l'étude ont montré qu'il existait des différences statistiquement significatives dans les niveaux de prise de décision des superviseurs sportifs dans les cercles d'activités sportives des universités jordaniennes, avec une tendance à la décision individuelle et l'irresponsabilité ainsi que l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives en faveur des superviseurs ayant une maîtrise au détriment de ceux ayant un baccalauréat, et l'existence de différences statistiques dans le processus décisionnel entre les quatre universités au profit de l'Université Hachémite.
À la lumière de cela, l'étude a mis l'accent sur la non-utilisation du principe individuel dans le processus décisionnel et l'utilisation du principe démocratique et scientifique, l'illimitation du processus d'évaluation dans les cercles d'activité sportive à une seule personne mais qu'elle soit faite à travers un comité spécialisé et assurer la neutralisation des relations personnelles dans le processus de prise des décisions.


هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على قياس الأداء لدى القادة الرياضيين في اتخاذ القرار في دوائر النشاط الرياضي في الجامعات الأردنية، والتعرف على أثر متغير المؤهل العلمي والجامعة على اتخاذ القرار في دوائر النشاط الرياضي في الجامعات الأردنية.
ولتحقيق ذلك تم تطبيق استبانة الدراسة وتتكون من (28) فقرة، وبلغت عينة (25) مشرفا رياضيا من أربع جامعات رسمية أردنية هي: الأردنية، الهاشمية، اليرموك ومؤتة، وقام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، واستخدم المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري والنسب المئوية واختبار (ت) واختبار كروشال والس، واختبار تيوكي.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروقا دالة إحصائيا في مستويات اتخاذ القرار لدى المشرفين الرياضيين في دوائر النشاط الرياضي في الجامعات الأردنية، مع الميل إلى الفردية في اتخاذ القرار وعدم تحمل مسؤوليته، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح المشرفين من حملة درجة الماجستير على حساب درجة البكالوريوس، ووجود فروق إحصائية دالة بين الجامعات الأربعة في عملية اتخاذ القرار ولصالح الجامعة الهاشمية.
في ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على عدم انتهاج مبدأ الفردية في عملية اتخاذ القرار، واستخدام المبدأ الديموقراطي والعلمي في اتخاذ القرار، وعدم اقتصار عملية التقويم في دوائر النشاط الرياضي على شخص واحد بل من خلال لجنة مختصة، والحرص على تحييد جانب العلاقات الشخصية في عملية اتخاذ القرار.
