تهدف الدراسة التعرف على واقع المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي، والتعرف على درجة توافر المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي، وبناء برنامج تربوي قائم على مسرحة المناهج لتنمية المهارات الحياتية للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مادة القراءة في الصف الثالث الابتدائي، التعرف على أثر البرنامج التعليمي المقترح القائم على مسرحة المناهج في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي. وقد أعد الباحث قائمة بالمهارات الحياتية المناسبة للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي، تمثلت في (استبانة) أداة بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي، وبرنامج تعليمي مقترح قائم على مسرحة المناهج في تنمية بعض المهارات الحياتية وتضمينها في الخطة الفردية التربوية لمادة القراءة لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الصف الثالث الابتدائي بمدينة الرياض وقد مرت الأداة بخطوات ببناء الأدوات التربوية وحصلت على صدق وثبات عاليين، وتتكون عينة الدراسة من 16 طفلا. وخلصت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في تلك المهارات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وحيث بلغ قيمة الأثر لمربع إيتا في جميع المهارات (0.957) مما يشير لتأكد الفروق بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة وكذلك يتضح من الجدول أن حجم الأثر قد بلغت (0.957) وهذا يعني أنه (96.2%) من التباين الكلي للفروق بين متوسطات درجات المهارات للمجموعتين يعود لتأثير البرنامج المقترح، كما توجد وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية ودرجات المجموعة الضابطة في تلك المهارات بعد تطبيق البرنامج المقترح، وكذلك تلك الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وقد ختم البحث ببعض المقترحات والتوصيات ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث.
