520 |b Information technology is a set of tools to provide the right people with the right information at the right time. It includes wireless communications, the information highway, asynchronous mode, integrated services digital networks (ISDN 1), multimedia applications, personal digital assistants, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, the interactive video, CD-ROM, compact video disc, Internet, www, teleconferencing, satellites and e-mail. Nowadays, Computer and Internet are unavoidable and Information Communication Technology is very important to meet up the challenges and also used as learning tools in education lines. The processes on teaching Arabic proficiency through ICT pointed out that the material taught becomes more understandable and gain more experience and at the same time can achieve the objective of teaching. Effective teaching is based on the objective to develop the ability of students to have skills with technology. Language teaching is a field, which closely related to speech and communication. Thus, the aspect of pronunciation learning is partly considered as an important aspect in computer based language learning known as ‹Computer-Aided Language Learning (CALL), which also includes ‹Computer-Aided Pronunciation Learning (CAPL). Both are important in teaching Arabic language. ICT are most useful for teaching Arabic language to provide equal opportunity to all the students and also motivates students to talk openly. It develops the listening and communication skills, as they hear correct pronunciation through their headphones. Also it can be established that the interactive teaching software is very effective for learning Arabic language.
