المستخلص: The term is considered as a key indispensable to access any field of knowledge through the appropriate one; it is the same thing in the term field, which is the basic door to access to the concepts world.. The term may be used as a contextual act in which it was mentioned, taking an intellectual and philosophical dimension that would later have the capacity to control the majority of the approximations in which the concept is mentioned as required by conditions and phenomena. More precisely, the term "word or group of words exceeds their verbal and lexical significance to frame and name intellectual perceptions in a particular context, strengthen the diagnosis and control the concepts that a practice produces at certain moments. The term in this sense can hold the unifying elements of the concept with ability to organize them into a verbal template that has the aggregating and intensifying strength of what may seem dispersed. In this sense, we can refer to the most important methodological controls (assessment) and cognitive (evaluation) that the specialists have tried to make associated with the terminological act as it breaks into the translation act; the thing that made these controls reflect to us several perceptions related to both concepts: The assessment and evaluation to arrive later to choose some of the critical terms to look at the cognitive and procedural control that mediate between the requirement of assessment at perception level and evaluation at methodology level.

La terminologie est une science qui connait un développement depuis un siècle durant lequel des théories se sont succédées avec leurs différentes références philosophiques, scientifiques et épistémologiques.
Le terme est le seul moyen d’ouvrir l’horizon au sens, mais il est parfois difficile de distinguer le terme du sens qu’il produit dans un contexte donné.
Aussi, faut-il encore le rappeler, qu’au moment de la traduction, la valeur signifiante du terme change d’une langue à une autre ; ce qui pourrait induire le traducteur en erreur !
Le terme ne se dissocie pas du cadre figuratif qui est fondé sur le cadre mental à travers un ensemble de figures dont les spécialistes s’échangent entre eux, d’où résulte à la fin une évaluation qui fait convaincrait les terminologues les plus sceptiques.
L’accord se noue et le terme est prêt à emploi après l’étape de de son évaluation dans les domaines cognitifs, philosophiques et de la pensée qui contribuent à la maîtrise des règles des termes de traduction.

المصطلح شأنه شأن المفاتيح التي لا يمكن الولوج إلى أي باب من أبواب المعرفة إلا عن طريق المفتاح الذي يليق بمقام الباب؛ الأمر نفسه في مجال المصطلح الذي يعد الباب الأساسي للولوج إلى عالم المفاهيم.. وقد يستعمل المصطلح على سبيل الفعل السياقي الذي يرد فيها فيأخذ بعدا فكريا وفلسفيا تكون له القدرة فيما بعد في ضبط غالبية الحواليات التي يتوزع فيها المفهوم حسب ما تقتضيه الأحوال والظواهر. بعبارة أدق إن المصطلح "كلمة أو مجموعة من الكلمات تتجاوز دلالتها اللفظية والمعجمية إلى تأطير تصورات فكرية وتسميتها في إطار معين، تقوى على تشخيص وضبط المفاهيم التي تنتجها ممارسة ما في لحظات معينة. والمصطلح بهذا المعنى هو الذي يستطيع الإمساك بالعناصر الموحدة للمفهوم والتمكن من انتظامها في قالب لفظي يمتلك قوة تجميعية وتكثيفية لما قد يبدو مشتتاً. من هذا المنطلق لا ضير من الإشارة إلى أهم الضوابط المنهجية (التقويم) والمعرفية (التقييم) التي حاول أهل الاختصاص أن يجعلوها متلازمة مع الفعل المصطلاحاتي وهو يقتحم الفعل الترجمي؛ الشيء الذي جعل من هذه الضوابط أن تعكس لنا عدة تصورات تتعلق بمفهومي: التقييم والتقويم لنصل فيما بعد إلى اختيار بعض المصطلحات النقدية لننظر الضابط المعرفي والإجرائي الذي توسط بين شرط التقييم على مستوى التصور والتقويم على مستوى المنهج .
