المستخلص: The target of this research is to identify the role of public kindergarten management in achieving health education in the province of Homs and that is through answering the following two questions : 1- What is the role of public kindergarten management in providing the health and safety standard to the kindergarten kids in the province of Homs? 2- - What is the role of public kindergarten management in providing the health education to the kindergarten kids and their families in the province of Homs?. In order to answer those question, the descriptive analysis method was applied and the five-answers questionnaire was used as a main tool for the research after confirming its authenticity, as it was distributed to a research sample of (63) individuals from management staff members in the public kindergartens that were established and that report to the director of education in the province of Homs. The research has reached a varity of result and answered the required questions, as it was found that based on the average, the differential and the percentage of the answers of the research samples, that the kindergarten management is doing a very good job providing the health and safety standard whether it's related to the building or the furniture etc. However, some of the items were still neglected, such as providing fire extinguishers in all of it was concluded that the the kindergarten management is fulfilling their role in providing health education to the kids and their families. Nevertheless, some items or methods were neglected such as activating the theater and radio role in providing education. In addition to that most of the answers included the word "sometimes" which indicates a lack of the health education.

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه إدارة رياض الأطفال الحكومية في تحقيق التربية الصحية لأطفالها في محافظة حمص، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن السؤالين التاليين: ما دور إدارة رياض الأطفال الحكومية في توفير البيئة الصحة المناسبة في رياض الأطفال في محافظة حمص؟، وما دور إدارة رياض الأطفال الحكومية في توفير التثقيف الصحي في رياض الأطفال في محافظة حمص؟ وللإجابة عن هذين السؤالين تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبيان الخماسي الإجابة كأداة رئيسة للبحث بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة البحث البالغة (63) فرداً من أعضاء الكادر الإداري في رياض الأطفال الحكومية المفتتحة والتابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة حمص، وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج وأجاب عن تساؤلات البحث، حيث وجد بناءً على نتائج المتوسط الحسابي والتباين والنسبة المئوية لإجابات عينة البحث، أن إدارة رياض الأطفال تقوم بدورها بشكل جيد جداً في توفير معايير الصحة والسلامة سواء بالنسبة للبناء أو الأثاث..، ولكن قد تم إهمال بعض الأمور كالاهتمام بتوفير طفايات الحريق في كافة مرافق الروضة..، كما قد تم التوصل إلى أن إدارة رياض الأطفال تقوم بدورها بشكل جيد في توفير التثقيف الصحي للأطفال ولذويهم، و لكن قد تم إهمال أمور أو أساليب كتفعيل دور المسرح والإذاعة في نشر التثقيف، وقد تركزت معظم الإجابات (بأحياناً) وهذا يدل على ضعف التفعيل اليومي والدائم للثقيف الصحي.
