المستخلص: This study aimed to answer the following main question: What are the difficulties facing the management of kindergartens and their relation to the performance of female managers from the point of view of the principals themselves? This question is divided by the following sub-questions: 1- What are the difficulties faced by the kindergartens administrations in the city of Homs from the point of view of the managers themselves? 2- What is the level of performance of kindergartens managers in the city of Homs from the point of view of the managers themselves? The hypothesis of the study: There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the difficulties faced by the kindergarten principals in Homs and the level of performance of the principals from the point of view of the female managers themselves. The study community is composed of all the directors of kindergartens in Homs, with a total of (97) principals in the public and private kindergartens. The researcher developed two questionnaires to identify the difficulties facing the kindergarten administration and a tool to determine the performance level of the female teachers. The results showed that the level of difficulties faced by the administration of kindergartens in the city of Homs from the point of view of the managers was generally moderate. The results also showed that the performance level of kindergartens managers from the managers point of view was generally high and the results showed no statistically significant relationship The level of significance (0.05) in the total score between the difficulties faced by the kindergarten administrations and the performance of female managers from the point of view of the female managers.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما الصعوبات التي تواجه إدارة رياض الأطفال وعلاقتها بأداء المديرات من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن؟ ويتفرع من هذا السؤال الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: 1- ما الصعوبات التي تواجهها إدارات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن؟ 2- ما مستوى أداء مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن؟ فرضية الدراسة: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات الصعوبات التي تواجهها مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص ومتوسطات أداء المديرات من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص والبالغ عددهن (97) مديرة في رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة، قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانتين للتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه إدارة رياض الأطفال وأداة لمعرفة مستوى أداء المديرات بهدف جمع بيانات الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجهها إدارة رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص من وجهة نظر المديرات كان بشكل عام متوسطا، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أداء مديرات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات كان بشكل عام مرتفعا، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في الدرجة الكلية بين الصعوبات التي تواجهها إدارات رياض الأطفال ومستوى أداء المديرات من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن.
