|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات عمال القطاع العام نحو قانون العمل والتي مست الاتجاه نحو الأجور، إجراءات التقاعد، والحريات النقابية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (283) عامل يعملون بقطاع الصحة والجماعات المحلية في الحيز المكاني المحدد في هذه الدراسة هي ولاية: الأغواط، الجلفة، وتيارت، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. واعتمدت الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم مقياس معدا من طرف الباحث لقياس اتجاهات العمال نحو متغيرات الدراسة، كما تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) النسخة رقم 20، وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة على النحو التالي: - وجود اتجاهات سلبية لدى عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو قانون العمل. - وجود اتجاهات سلبية لدى عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو القوانين المنظمة لإجراءات التقاعد. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو قانون العمل تعزي إلى متغير السن. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو قانون العمل تعزي إلى متغير الجنس.

|b The current study aims to identify Attitudes of Public Sector Workers towards Labor Law which focuses on the trend toward wages, retirement procedures, and freedom of association. The sample of the study is composed of (283) workers whom work in the health sector and local communities sector in the spatial area specified in this study which had applied in the following states: Laghouat, Djelfa, and Tiaret. The states were chosen randomly. In this study, the researcher used to work on the descriptive approach. He prepared a criterion and uses it to deal with the workers‟ attitudes towards the variables of study. In addition, he used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to deal with statistical process. The results conduct as Following: - Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards labor law. - Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards the organized laws for retirement procedures. - There are no statistical differences between workers‟ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law in relation to the age variable. - There are statistical differences between workers‟ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards labor law in relation to the sex variable.
