قد هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه التعليم على الأنترنت في البلدان العربية، وكان لابد قبل طرح هذا الموضوع من الإشارة والمرور بمفهوم التعليم على الإنترنت ثم التطرق إلى أهمية هذا التعليم خصوصا في ظل المناخ الدولي السائد الآن. وتوسع الفارق بين الدول المتقدمة وبين الدول التي يطلق عليها تأدبا اسم الدول النامية وتكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه وعند تطبيقه سيدفع بالبلدان العربية إلى الارتقاء في الحقلين الثقافي والتعليمي خصوصا وأن التعليم الإلكتروني أو التعليم على النت قابل للتحقق والصيرورة مادامت هناك إرادة ورغبة يمكن نقلها إلى دائرة الوجود عبر العمل والصبر والتعاون لتذليل الصعاب. وبعد التحدث عن أهمية التعليم على الأنترنت تم تخصيص مبحثين للحديث عن التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه هذا التعليم، كان المبحث الأول منهما عن الصعوبات الغير منظورة أو الغير مباشرة التي تعترض طريق هذا التعليم والتي يمكن إيجازها بوجود تباين داخل البلدان العربية على مستويات عدة منها الثقافية والمالية وطبيعة ارتباطات هذه الدول واختلاف سياساتها وهو ما ينعكس على توجهاتها وعلى طبيعة الإجراءات والسبل التي تقوم بها، ومن ذلك خياراتها في الميدان التعليمي. وقد تم تناول الجوانب العينية والنفسية والبنى التحتية والاختلاف بين اللغة العربية القياسية أو الفصحى وبين اللهجات التي يستعملها البعض من دون قصد في كتاباته على الأنترنت أضافة إلى قلة التخصيصات المالية في هذا الجانب .
The aim of this study was to study the obstacles and challenges facing online education in the Arab countries. It was necessary before this topic to refer to the concept of education on the Internet and then to address the importance of this education, especially in the current international climate. The difference between the developed countries and the countries that arecalled the name of the developing countries. The importance of this topic is that in its application it will push the Arab countries to improve in the fields of culture and education,. especially that e-learning or education on the net is verifiable and the process as long as there is a will and desire can be transferred to the circle Presence through work, patience and cooperation to overcome difficulties. After talking about the importance of online education, two topics were devoted to discussing the challenges and difficulties facing this education. The first topic was about the unforeseen or indirect difficulties facing this education, which can be summarized by the existence of differences within the Arab countries on several levels, These countries' commitments and policies vary, which is reflected in their attitudes, the nature of the procedures and the ways in which they are carried out, including their choices in the educational field. In addition to the lack of financial allocations in this regard, the aspects of the physical and psychological aspects, the infrastructure and the difference between the standard or standard Arabic language and the dialects used by some people were unintentionally addressed in his writings on the Internet.
