المستخلص: Le conte populaire à Ouargla: Le conte populaire représente l’un des moyens de l’expression littéraire les plus anciens, qu’a connu les sociétés humaines à travers les différents âges. En outre, il a occupé une place primordiale dans leurs vies car il a une relation avec les circonstances de l'être humain et ses croyances. Le conte populaire a évolue au fur et à mesure à l'évolution de leurs usagers; il reflète l'imagination intellectuelle, psychique et sociale et bien aussi le vécu. Le conte populaire est considéré aussi les espoirs et les ambitions des peuples; d'une part, et leurs douleurs et leurs craintes d'une autre part.

الحكاية الشعبية في منطقة ورقلة: تمثل الحكاية الشعبية أحد أهم أشكال التعبير الأدبي القديم، الذي عرفته المجتمعات الإنسانية عبر مختلف العصور واحتلت الحكاية الشعبية مكانة عظيمة في حياتهم ويرجع ذلك لارتباطها بمواقف الإنسان ومعتقداته إزاء الكون وقد تطورت الحكاية الشعبية بتطور الجماعات المتداولة لها، فهي تمثل مرآة الخيال الفكري والنفسي والاجتماع، العاكسة للواقع المعيشة، كما أنها تمثل الوعاء الذي يحوي آمال الشعوب وطموحاتهم من جهة وآلامهم ومخاوفهم من جهة أخرى.

Teh popular tale(story) in Ouargla: Teh popular tale represents one of teh old means of expression non by human societies throughout teh history. It occupies an important standing in their lives due to its relationship wif teh circumstances and teh beliefs of teh human being. Teh popular tale was developing in teh same time wif teh development of its users. It reflects teh intellectual, psychic and teh social imagination. It represents also people's hopes and ambitions in teh first side and their pains and fears in teh other side.
