|a شهدت منطقة الشرق الأوسط منذ "ثورات الربيع العربي" حالة من عدم الاستقرار على المستوى السياسي والأمني، أدت إلى تنامي الأخطار والتحديات وإلى تراجع مكانة ودور القوى العربية الإقليمية التقليدية، وظهور قوى عربية إقليمية جديدة، بالتزامن مع تمدد النفوذ الإيراني، وتنامي خطر التنظيمات الإرهابية، واستمرار الأزمة السورية والعراقية واليمينة والليبية، وتداعياتها المستمرة على استقرار المنطقة، أدى ذلك إلى إجراء تحولات في سياسة المجموعة العربية وخاصة الرباعية العربية وقطر، كان من أبرز تلك التحولات اعتماد سياسة التحالفات، إلا أن أبرز تحول تمثل في التعاون والتقارب المستمر مع إسرائيل، لمواجهة التهديدات المشتركة بشكل خاص إيران وأذرعها في المنطقة و "داعش". هذه التطورات والتحولات أدت إلى تراجع القضية الفلسطينية من على أجندة المجموعة العربية ولم تعد القضية الأولى على سلم أولوياتها، في ظل الحراك والحديث عن وجود خطة للسلام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط "السلام الإقليمي" يقود إلى حل القضية الفلسطينية. من جهة أخرى، حافظت المجموعة العربية على التزامها بدعم ومساندة القضية الفلسطينية في الأمم المتحدة.

|b Since the Arab Spring revolutions, there has been a state of political and security instability that has led to growing threats and challenges, a decline in the status and role of the traditional Arab regional powers, and the emergence of new regional Arab forces in conjunction with the expansion of Iranian influence and the growing threat of terrorist organizations, And the continued crisis in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya, and its continuing repercussions on the stability of the region, this led to changes in the policy of the Arab Group, especially the Arab Quartet and Qatar, the most prominent of these transformations adoption of the policy of alliances, Continuous rapprochement with Israel, to confront common threats, particularly Iran and its arms in the region and "ISIL". These developments and transformations have led to the retreat of the Palestinian issue from the agenda of the Arab Group and the issue is not the first priority, in light of the mobility and talk about the existence of a peace plan in the Middle East "regional peace" leads to the solution of the Palestinian issue. On the other hand, the Arab Group has maintained its commitment to supporting and supporting the Palestinian cause at the United Nations.
