المستخلص: The question of syntactic perfection in the field of learning, teaching, and use of Arabic language is one of the most important issues, as it is an outcome that should be arrived at, however, the reality shows that it is far from being achieved. This paper will try to proceed from the diagnosis of this problem with a view to seeking a systematic cure for it, through the following points:
- Introduction.
1. Syntax in the linguistic perspective:
2. The reality of syntactic perfection in modern education
3. The importance of primary school
4. The concept of functional learning and some of the elements of syntactic perfection

إن مسألة الإتقان الإعرابي في ميدان تعلم اللغة العربية وتعليمها واستعمالها أيضا من المسائل بالغة الأهمية، إذ إنها المحصلة التي ينبغي أن يتوصل إليها، ولكن الواقع يبين أنها بعيدة المنال وستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية أن تنطلق من التشخيص لهذه المشكلة رغبة في البحث عن علاج منهجي لها، وهذا من خلال النقاط الآتية:
- مقدمة.
- 1 الإعراب في المنظور اللساني:
- 2 واقع الإتقان الإعرابي في التعليم الحديث
- 3 أهمية المرحلة الابتدائية
4- مفهوم التعلم الوظيفي وبعض روافد الإتقان الإعرابي:
4-1 مهارة الاستماع
4-2 مسرحة تعلم القواعد

- La perfection de l'analyse grammaticale au niveau de l'apprentissage-enseignement de la langue arabe, mais aussi son utilisation est l'une des questions les plus importantes ,car son doute elle est l'objectif à atteindre.
- Cependant, en réalité cet objectif est loin d'être réalisé.
- A travers les points ci-après, le présent article essaiera méthodiquement de diagnostiquer et traiter la question en vue de trouver les solutions possibles:
- Introduction.
- La perfection de l'analyse grammaticale du point de vu linguistique.
- La réalité de la perfection de l'analyse grammaticale à l'enseignement moderne.
- L'importance du cycle primaire.
- Le concept de l'apprentissage fonctionnel.
- La compétence de l'écoute.
- La phase de l'apprentissage des règles grammaticales.
