المستخلص: إنّ المقاربة بالكفاءات تفرض العمل بطرائق التدريس الفاعلة والنشيطة التي تتبنى مبدأ المشاركة والعمل الجماعي، وتؤكد على معالجة الإشكاليات وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، وترتكز الطرائق النشيطة على خبرة التلاميذ ومساهمتهم في دراسة الوضعيات المناسبة، وتجعل من المعلم والمتعلم شريكين في العملية التعليمية التعلمية، بحيث يكون المعلم منشطا ومحفزا ومقوما، أما المتعلم فيكون حيويا نشيطا يقوم بدوره ضمن المجموعة تحت إشراف معلمه، يعمل، يسأل، ينجح ويخفق...إلخ. ولذلك فإن مسألة نجاعة المدرس، تتوقف بشكل كبير على إلمامه بمختلف طرائق وأساليب التعليم والتدريس، لأنّها تمثل العامل التعليمي الديداكتيكي الأساسي للتعليم والتعلم، والأداة الضرورية لبلوغ الأهداف أو الكفاءات المنشودة. ولذلك يبدو لزاما علينا في هذه الدراسة تحديد أهم الطرائق التدريسية الفاعلة التي تساعد مستعمليها على التمكن الجيد من عملية توظيفها داخل سيرورة التعليم والتعلم وفق مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات، وهي: طريقة حل المشكلات، بيداغوجية المشروع، طريقة التعلم التعاوني.

A competence-based approach dictates working with effective and active teaching methods which adopt the principle of participation and collective action and reiterate the treatment of problematic issues and generating the appropriate solutions for them. The active methods focus upon the experience of the students and their contributions in respect to the study of the suitable situations. It makes the teacher and learner partners within the teaching-learning process as the teacher would be the activator, motivator and rectifier. As for the learner, then he will have vitality, be active and alert, undertaking his role within the group under the supervision of his teacher, where he would question, succeed and fail etc. As such, the issue of the efficiency of the teacher rests, to a large degree, upon his proficiency in several methods and styles of teaching, because they represent the basic teaching equation for teaching and learning and the essential tool to reach the sought after goals or competencies. For that reason, it appears that it is necessary upon us, in this study, to determine the most important effective teaching methods which assist the one who uses them to be enabled and consolidated well in respect to the process of utilizing them within the teaching and learning process, according to the competence-based teaching approach, and they are: The problem solving method, the pedagogical project and the collaborative learning method.
