|b This study deals with the status of international treaties in the light of international law and the Jordanian constitution. It concluded that the international treaty is the most important source of international law and that the Jordanian constitution did not show us the status of international treaties in the hierarchical construction of law in Jordan as a zealot of the constitutions of states. The international rankings are sublime and make them superior to domestic law and have priority in application consistently. Consequently, there is no justification for the amendment of the Jordanian constitution to show us the status of international treaties, which makes it the supreme priority of domestic law and priority in application, in order to strengthen Jordan's internal legal system and the international legal system.

|a تناولت هذه الدراسة مرتبة المعاهدات الدولية في ضوء القانون الدولي والدستور الأردني، وخلصت إلى أن المعاهدات الدولية هي أهم مصدر للقانون الدولي وأن الدستور الأردني لم يبين لنا مرتبة المعاهدات الدولية في البناء الهرمي للقانون في الأردن كغيره من دساتير الدول، مع أن القضاء في الأردن أعطى للمعاهدات الدولية مرتبة سامية وجعل لها العلوية على القانون الداخلي ولها الأولوية في التطبيق على الدوام. وعلى ذلك لا يوجد أي مبرر يحول دون تعديل الدستور الأردني ليبين لنا مرتبة المعاهدات الدولية يجعل لها العلو على القانون الداخلي والأولوية في التطبيق وذلك تعزيزا للنظام القانوني الداخلي في الأردن والنظام القانوني الدولي.
