هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي انتقائي تكاملي لتوكيد الذات لدى عينة من الأطفال ضحايا التنمر، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 طفلا من ضحايا التنمر مقسمين بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية 15، ومجموعة َضابطة 15، وكان متوسط أعمارهم 13.77 بانحراف معياري 0.79، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس توكيد الذات من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس التعرض للتنمر من إعداد الباحثة، واستمارة والمستوى الاقتصادي الاجتماعي من إعداد عبد العزيز الشخص (2013)، كما قامت الباحثة بتطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي لمدة شهرين حيث بلغ عدد جلسات البرنامج 16 جلسة بمعدل جلستين أسبوعيا، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تحسن مستوى توكيد الذات لدى أطفال المجموعة التجريبية من الأطفال ضحايا التنمر بعد التعرض للبرنامج الإرشادي، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب أفراد المجموعة التجريبية قبل البرنامج وبعده لصالح القياس البعدي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب أفراد المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب المجموعة الضابطة قبل وبعد البرنامج، وعدم وجود فروق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات الرتب لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية بعد البرنامج الإرشادي ومتابعته.
The present study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of an integrative selective counseling program To Self- Assertion for a sample of children who are victims of bullying. The study sample consisted of 30 children of bullying victims divided into two groups, experimental group 15 and control group 15 Average age 13.77 with a standard deviation 0.79. The researcher used the self- Assertion scale of the researcher's preparation. Exposure to bully in scale of the researcher's preparation And the socio- economic level form prepared by Abdul Aziz al- Shakhch (2013), The results of the study showed an improvement in the level of self- Assertion among the children of the experimental group of children who are victims of bullying after exposure to the extension program. The results showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group on the pre- program and post- program measures for the benefit of the post- measurement. There were statistically significant differences between the average mean scores of the control group and the experimental group after applying the program for the experimental group. The results showed no significant differences Between the mean scores of the control group before and after the program on the measures of the study, and no significant differences statistically between the mean scores on the study scales of the experimental group members after the program and its follow- up
