يهدف البحث إلى تطوير أداء العاملين بالجامعة المصرية لمواجهة التحديات العصرية وقد توصل البحث إلى تفعيل التوجه الجامعة نحو تحديث الأنظمة واللوائح الإدارية والمالية، وإعادة النظر بمفهوم وفلسفة وأهداف الخدمات التي تؤديها الجامعات، وتوجيهها نحو إرضاء المستفيدين منها من حيث كم وكيف وأسلوب تقديم الخدمة، استثمار تقنية المعلومات وإعادة التنظيم والهيكلة وتطوير الأساليب والعلاقات الإنتاجية والتسويقية والبشرية في ضوء إمكانيات تقنية المعلومات، السعي لبناء وتأكيد القدرات التنافسية واعتبار المنافسة شرطاً أساسياً للبقاء، المرونة والحركية والتحرر من القوالب الجامدة، الأخذ بمفهوم تجميع القدرات والطاقات وتوظيفها بشكل متكامل ومتناسق في تحقيق الأهداف والتعامل مع المنافسين.
Developing The performance of Egyptian university contributes significantly to meet the challenges that correspond to the Egyptian University, because the functions of the university withholds them but with efficiency, and the need to develop specific mechanisms to ensure the continued development of the performance factor, so as to be consistent with future goals (Foundation - workers), and the need to linking promotions and bonuses and moral incentives to develop the physical and mental performance factor; activating the university orientation towards modernizing the rules of administrative and financial systems and regulations, and Re examination of the concept and the services performed by universities, and directed towards satisfying its beneficiaries in terms of how much and how and style of service delivery, investment information and reorganization and restructuring and developing technology methods production and marketing and human potential in the light of the information technology capabilities, strive to build and confirm the competitiveness of the competition considered mainly a condition of survival, flexibility and mobility and freedom from stereotypes, introducing the concept of assembling capabilities and capacities and employ them in an integrated and coordinated to achieve the goals and dealing with competitors.
