هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء حقيبة تدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال قائمة على استخدام البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتنمية مهارات اتخاذ ودعم القرار لطفل الروضة والتي ينقسم إلى (مجموعة من المحاضرات المتمثلة في عروض power point، وورش العمل التدريبية) التي ساعدت المعلمات عينة الدراسة على توظيف البرمجة اللغوية العصبية بشكل فعال لإكساب طفل الروضة العديد من مهارات الشخصية خاصة كيفية اتخاذ القرار وإكسابه الثقة بالنفس اللازمة لدعم هذا القرار وتشجيعه على تنفيذه وتحمل مسئوليته مهما كانت نتيجة هذا القرار. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة في التطبيق العملي للبرنامج، وذلك باستخدام القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار البرمجة اللغوية، وبطاقة الملاحظة (أدوات الدراسة)، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة فاعلية الحقيبة التدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وتحفيزهم على استخدام البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لاكتساب طفل الروضة مهارات وسمات الشخصية الإيجابية الواعية والقادرة على بناء مستقبل مشرق يسوده التفاؤل. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إفادة معلمات رياض الأطفال من نتائج الدراسات البحثية وتدريبهن باستمرار على كيفية توظيف البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في أنشطة الروضة المختلفة وتنظيم دورات تدريبية للمعلمات حول مهارات الشخصية القيادية السوية وكيفية إكسابها لطفل الروضة من أجل بناء قادة المستقبل. لذلك نأمل أن تسهم نتائج الدراسة الحالية في التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمات الرياض بناة الأجيال القادمة، والمؤثر الفعال على شخصية الطفل في هذه المرحلة، والعمل على تنمية العديد من المهارات والمفاهيم المختلفة التي تؤهل الطفل للنمو المتكامل لجميع جوانب شخصيته، والحرص على استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة وتغطيها في دراسات بحثية مستقبلية تغطي جوانب أخري لم تشملها الدراسة الحالية.
The present study aimed to build a training kit for kindergarten teachers based on the use of NLP to acquire kindergarten children. The skills of decision making and support which is divided into a group of lectures in power point presentations and training workshops that helped the study sample teachers to employ NLP In order to give the kindergarten child many personal skills, especially how to make the decision and self confidence necessary to support this decision and encourage him to implement and take responsibility, whatever the outcome of this decision. The study was based on the semi experimental, one-group approach to the practical application of the program, using the tribal and remote criteria for the linguistic programming test and the observation card (study tools). One of the most important results of the study was the effectiveness of the training bag for the kindergarten teachers and motivating them to use NLP to acquire a child Kindergarten Skills and personality traits Positive conscious and able to build a bright future Luminous hope and optimism for a better tomorrow, God willing. The study recommended that kindergarten teachers should benefit from the results of the research studies and train them continuously on how to use NLP in the various Kindergarten activities, and organize training courses for teachers on the skills of the normal leadership personality and how to provide them with the kindergarten child in order to build future leaders. Therefore, we hope that the results of the present study will contribute to the professional development of the teachers of Riyadh, the builders of future generations, the effective influence on the personality of the child at this stage and the development of many different skills and concepts that qualify the child for the integrated development of all aspects of personality. In future research studies covering other aspects not covered by the present study.
