المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مقياس أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لدى طلاب الجامعة تبعا لمتغير التخصص في الكليات (العلمية والأدبية)، والتحقق من فاعلية واستمرارية البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على استخدام فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتنمية أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لدى طلاب الجامعة من خلال القياسات (القبلية والبعدية والتتبعية)، واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (200) طالب وطالبة، والعينة التجريبية من (30) طالبا وطالبة، والعينة الضابطة من (30) طالبا وطالبة من مجتمع العينة- طلاب كليات جامعة الوادي الجديد- وتراوحت أعمارهم من (18-22) عاما، وبمتوسط عمري قدره (20.5) عاما، وبانحراف معياري قدره (1.5) سنة، واستخدم البحث مقياس أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لطلاب الجامعة من إعداد (الباحث)، وبرنامج إرشادي قائم على استخدام فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتنمية أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لدى طلاب الجامعة من إعداد (الباحث)، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أنه: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات متوسطي التخصصين (العلمي والأدبي) في مقياس أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لدى طلاب الجامعة، وفاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على استخدام فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتنمية أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات النفسية لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية.

The goal of the current research is to reveal differences in measuring of methods of dealing with psychological crises among university students according to the variables of specialization in colleges (scientific and literary) and to verify the effectiveness and continuity of the counseling program based on the use of the neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop methods of dealing with psychological crises among university students. Through measurements (pre-, post-, and follow-up) , and the research used the quasi-experimental methods, and the basic research sample consisted of (200) male and female students, and the experimental sample consisted of (30) male and female students, and the control sample consisted of (30) male and female students from the sample population of university college students In New Valley university, and their ages ranged from (18- 22) years, and with an average age of (20.5) years, and a standard deviation of (1.5) years, and the research used a scale for dealing with psychological crises for university students prepared by (the researcher) , and the research also used a counseling program based on the use of neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop methods for dealing with psychological crises among university students which was prepared by (the researcher) , and The results of the research showed that: There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the two specializations (scientific and literary) in the scale of methods of dealing with psychological crises among university students, and the effectiveness of the counseling program based on the use of neuro-linguistic programming techniques to develop methods of dealing with psychological crises among the students of the experimental group.
