المستخلص: إن إصلاح المناهج التعليمية ضرورة حتمية، حتى تواكب مستجدات العصر. ولذلك فإن الجزائر لن تشذ عن منطق التغيير، والإصلاح. إذ مس الإصلاح وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات، القائمة على أساس البحوث الحديثة. (والنظرية البنائية). مجال المنظومة التربوية بمختلف مراحلها.
وهي مقاربة أكثر أداء، واستجابة لمتطلبات رجل الغد، القادر على التكيف مع محيطه، إذ تجعل من المعارف النظرية موارد تدمج، وتجند في وضعيات متنوعة.
إن بناء المناهج على ارقى النظريات، وأحدث التقنيات غير كاف لتحسين نوعية التعليم والسمو به، ما لم يحظ رجل التربية بالعناية والتكوين. وفي مسعى التكوين يدخل هذا الإنجاز، نحاول فيه توضيح المقاربة الجديدة، وأسسها، وأهمها مادة اللغة العربية، وأهدافها، وتنظيمها، وطريقة تناول أنشطة المختلفة.

Il faut savoir que la réforme des programmes, est une obligation, et ce pour permettre à l’Algérie, d’aller de l’avant en améliorant son système éducatif ; en introduisant l’approche par compétences, et l’approche textuelle lors de la réforme de 2003, puis en adoptant en plus des 2 approches précédentes, les séquences didactiques dans les programmes de la deuxième génération ; introduit dans le système éducatif depuis 2016.
La séquence didactique, se concrétise par la dispense des connaissances aux apprenants, en se basant sur les étapes suivantes : 1- Situation problème mère. 2- Situations d’apprentissage partielles.
3- Situations d’apprentissage de l’intégration.
4- Situations d’intégration.
5- Situations problèmes.
6- Situations d’auto évaluation.
7- Situations d’évaluation

The reform of educational curricula is imperative, in order to keep pace with the new developments of the times. Therefore, Algeria will not abate from the logic of change, reform. The reform, according to the approach, touched on competencies based on modern research. (and constructive theory). The field of the educational system at its various stages.
It is a more performant approach, responding to the demands of the man of tomorrow, who is able to adapt to his surroundings, making theoretical knowledge resources integrated and recruited into diverse situations.
Building curricula on the finest theories and the latest technologies is not enough to improve the quality and excellence of education unless the man of education is given care and training. In the effort to build up this achievement, we try to clarify the new approach and its foundations, the most important of which is the subject of Arabic language, its objectives, its organization and the method of dealing with various activities.
